This also caters to the characteristics of this era, and it is an era of pursuing exaggeration and individuality! The appearance of Gothic style naturally caters to the hearts of the public. This is also the main reason why Gothic art is enduring.

1. 1 Gothic culture and its development

Goth (Goth), originally referred to as Goth, belongs to the Germanic tribe in Western Europe. At the same time, Gothic is also an artistic style, characterized by towering, gloomy, weird, mysterious and scary, which is widely used in architecture, sculpture, painting, literature, music, clothing, fonts and other artistic fields. Gothic art is exaggerated, asymmetrical, strange, light and complicated.

Goth, a specific word, originally meant Germanic tribe in western Europe. On the level of architectural culture and writing from18th century to19th century, the so-called "Gothic Renaissance" excavated the gloomy mood of the Middle Ages from the grave of historical context. Goth, also translated as "Goethe", originally refers to Goths, belonging to Germanic tribes in Western Europe. It was first used in the Renaissance to distinguish the artistic style of the Middle Ages (5th ~15th century). Its origin comes from the German Goths who invaded Italy and disintegrated the Roman Empire in the 3rd-5th century. In the15th century, Italians had the idea of reviving ancient Roman culture, which led to the brilliant Renaissance. Because Italians can't let go of their historical hatred for the destruction of the Roman Empire by the Goths, in order to distinguish it from this period, they called the artistic style of the Middle Ages "Goth", which means "barbarism". Although the word "Gothic" has a negative meaning, in fact, a large number of Gothic-style works are artistic.

2. 1 inspiration of gothic roses?

? Inspired by the rose window of Notre Dame de Paris, France, also known as Catherine, it is one of the landmark buildings in Gothic style, so we think of the common roses in our daily life. Compared with Leng Yan, Rose is more suitable for this Gothic style I chose, which makes the model highlight the image of coldness, loneliness, gorgeous and darkness.

2. 1. 1 Gothic Rose Design Concept

Gothic clothing has no uniform design. The main elements include black, dark clothes, silver ornaments, black hair, red hair or light blond hair, pale skin, black lipstick and eye shadow. Accessories include cross, five-pointed star, cross, cloak, shawl and other Gothic styles plus Leng Yan roses, which makes the Gothic effect more unique. Clothing mainly uses dark blue organza as the main fabric, and the single color gives people visual affinity. The beauty of dark blue is that it belongs to dark color, showing coldness and depth. According to the Rose Window in the revival of Gothic architecture in19th century, I decorated my skirt with patterns and patterns similar to the Rose Window, trying to show the Gothic style. The neckline adopts V-neck design, revealing the clavicle, showing the beauty of women's figure. The design of the back of the skirt can also make people clearly see the shoulder blades of women, showing the beautiful side of women.

? The structural design of clothing is the whole embodiment of clothing. The conception of style design and the design of clothing mechanism complement each other. The structural design of clothing determines the overall shape of clothing, and the quality of clothing depends on the structural design of clothing. "Gothic Rose" dress has a simple structure. I used a blue gauze to cover the skirt above, which reflected the layering of the skirt.
