Do a good job in sampling doctoral and master's dissertations. Sampling inspection of doctoral dissertations is organized and implemented by the State Council Academic Degrees Committee Office, sampling inspection of master dissertations is organized and implemented by provincial academic degrees committees, and sampling inspection of military system dissertations is organized and implemented by China People's Liberation Army Academic Degrees Committee. The sampling inspection of dissertations is conducted once a year, covering the dissertations awarded doctoral degrees and master's degrees in the previous academic year. The sampling rate of doctoral dissertations is about 10%, and the sampling rate of master dissertations is about 5%.
