The blind evaluation system is to send dissertations without the author's name to unknown experts, so the evaluation should be the most objective, so the blind evaluation experts don't know who the author is, and there is no need to read the papers.

There are two audit opportunities at this stage, one * * * and three external experts are blind. After submission, you can see the results of the external blind test in a week or so. In the blind evaluation results of external experts, there are evaluation items, evaluation elements, scores and scores.

The details of the evaluation project are divided into four aspects: topic selection and summary (25 points), innovation and paper value (30 points), basic knowledge and scientific research ability (25 points) and paper standardization (20 points), and each aspect has detailed evaluation criteria. Then there is the overall evaluation, and whether to agree with the graduation thesis defense. Finally, it is the deficiency and suggestion of academic comments and papers.

Blind test result processing

(1) The opinions of papers submitted for review are all withdrawn, and the review opinions are valid. If full recovery is not possible, the lost copy must be submitted for review.

(II) Due to special circumstances, if it is not possible to withdraw all the papers submitted in time, graduate department can decide whether to let the graduate students defend their papers first according to the withdrawn evaluation opinions, and then determine the handling opinions of the defense according to the number of empty albums recovered and the evaluation opinions.

(3) If one vote is rejected in the double-blind evaluation of doctoral dissertations, two reviewers will be added for a second interview; If negative opinions appear again, the paper will be judged as unqualified. If two votes are rejected, the paper will be judged unqualified. The master's degree thesis is subject to blind examination and one-vote veto system.

(4) graduate department informed the degree evaluation sub-committee, tutors and graduate students to defend their papers. If the thesis is considered unqualified, the graduate department will inform the graduate students and their tutors to revise the thesis; If the graduate students themselves and their tutors disagree with the results of the blind test, they can fill in the Application Form for Review and apply for a review.

(5) After receiving the Application Form for Review, the Sub-committee on Responsibility Assessment shall organize relevant experts or members of the Sub-committee to comment on the dissertations and blind evaluation opinions that have been blindly rated as unqualified. If you agree with the results of blind evaluation, you should instruct the instructor to guide the graduate students to carefully revise their dissertations within the prescribed time limit. The blind trial fee shall be borne by the tutor or graduate student.

(6) The revision period for the dissertations that fail the blind evaluation shall not exceed two years for doctors and one year for masters. The revised dissertation still needs to participate in double-blind review, and in principle, it will be re-reviewed by the original reviewer. If the paper is rejected again, the author's degree application qualification will be cancelled.

(7) Where the graduate dissertations brought by tutors are blindly rated as unqualified dissertations, they must participate in the next round of double-blind evaluation or appraisal at their own expense, and at the same time increase the proportion of double-blind evaluation in their disciplines.

(8) Graduate tutors who fail to pass the blind examination of their papers twice (in different sessions) are restricted from enrolling students within two years. If two people in a session are blindly examined as unqualified papers, their tutor qualifications will be cancelled.

(9) If two graduate students in two disciplines are blindly judged as unqualified dissertations, the discipline shall give a warning, rectify and reduce the enrollment plan.
