Graduation credits statistics:

1. Each secondary college shall check whether the professional credits are completed according to the graduation credit requirements of the 20 15 talent training plan. If the credits are insufficient, please submit written explanations to the Academic Affairs Office.

2. Students who have insufficient credits for public elective courses, such as innovation and practice for more than 5 credits, may apply for changing the credits for public elective courses, with a maximum of 2 credits. Please fill in the Application Form for Replacing Public Elective Credits with Innovative Practice Credits for Graduates of Huainan Normal University, and report it to the Academic Affairs Office after handling it according to the requirements of the application form. This work must be completed before May 24, and it will not be accepted after the deadline.

Graduation qualification examination:

1. The Academic Affairs Office completes the preliminary examination of graduation qualification according to the Implementation Measures for Teaching Management of Credit System in Huainan Normal University (No.9 of School Teaching [2065438+04]) and the training plan of professionals, and will distribute the preliminary examination list to all secondary colleges for review before June 3.

2. Each secondary college shall complete the preliminary examination of graduates' graduation qualifications before June 6th, and feed back the review results to the Academic Affairs Office, which will complete the final examination of graduation qualifications before June 10. Students who meet the graduation conditions will be awarded graduation certificates, and students who do not meet the graduation conditions will be awarded graduation certificates after meeting the graduation conditions. Students can continue to complete their studies in two ways: (1) apply to the school for an extension of graduation, and their student status will be treated as repeated reading, and they will continue to study in the same major in the next grade; (2) That year is regarded as graduation, and I will return to school to complete the re-reading of relevant courses within two years.

3. Students who apply for extension of defense due to unqualified graduation thesis duplicate checking results should complete the extension of defense before August 30.

The Sub-committee for Evaluating Bachelor's Degrees in Secondary Colleges is responsible for examining the qualifications for awarding bachelor's degrees, and making suggestions on whether or not to award bachelor's degrees in academic degree evaluation committee.

1, professional degree awarding workflow

(1), the academic affairs office will distribute the summary of graduates' grades and credits and the relevant materials for the qualification examination of degree awarding to the secondary colleges before June 3.

(2) Secondary colleges organize fresh graduates to fill in the Approval Form for Granting Bachelor's Degree in Huainan Normal University. Students only fill in personal basic information and paste photos when making degree certificates.

(III) The Sub-committee for the Evaluation of Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Colleges shall examine the qualification examination conditions for degree awarding in the Approval Form for the Granting of Bachelor's Degree in Huainan Normal University one by one according to the relevant provisions of the Measures for Granting Bachelor's Degree to Full-time Students (Jian Jian [20 14] 10), and shall be signed by the examiners.

(4) The chairman of the Sub-committee for the Evaluation of Bachelor's Degree of Secondary College shall sign the examination opinions on the Approval Form for the Qualification of Bachelor's Degree Granting of Huainan Normal College after the examination, and affix the official seal of Secondary College.

(5) According to the results of the qualification examination for degree awarding, the secondary colleges fill in the summary of whether Huainan Normal University intends to award bachelor's degrees, and submit it to the Student Affairs Section of the Academic Affairs Office before June 10. The Academic Affairs Office summarized the audit and submitted it to academic degree evaluation committee, the bachelor of the school, for consideration. 20 19 the first meeting of the bachelor's degree evaluation Committee is tentatively scheduled for June 12, and all colleges must submit relevant review materials for degree awarding on time.

(6) The second-level college shall fill in academic degree evaluation committee's opinion and Huainan Normal University's bachelor's degree according to the degree awarding results audited by academic degree evaluation committee, stamp and paste the students' photos and put them into the students' files.

(7) Students who are temporarily refused a degree because they have not completed their studies may apply to the school for a supplementary degree after completing their studies within the prescribed time limit.

2, minor in double degree awarding workflow

(1), the relevant secondary colleges completed the examination in accordance with the Administrative Measures for Minor Major and Minor Double Degree of Huainan Normal University (school teaching [2014]1/No.) and the talent training plan for minor major and double degree.

(2) Relevant secondary colleges should fill in the Summary of Approval for the Granting of Minor Majors in Huainan Normal University according to the examination and approval results of minor majors, and submit it to the Student Registration Section of the Academic Affairs Office before June 10, and the Academic Affairs Office will submit it to academic degree evaluation committee, a bachelor of our school, for consideration after summarizing and reviewing it.

Certificate issuance work:

1. According to the results of graduation qualification examination, issue graduation certificates to students who meet the graduation conditions. According to the results of degree conferring audited by academic degree evaluation committee, the bachelor of our school will issue degree certificates to the degree conferring students.

2. Students who have not completed their studies will not be issued with diplomas and degree certificates for the time being, and will be issued with diplomas and degree certificates after meeting the conditions for graduation and degree granting.
