You can do this, assuming that your cover takes up one page and your catalogue takes up one page.

1. Move the cursor to the end of the last line on the second page, and click Insert → Delimiter to open the Delimiter dialog box. Select "Continuous" item in "section break" type, and then click [OK] button.

2. Delete the blank lines generated on the third page, move the cursor to any position on the third page, execute the "Insert → Page Number" command, click the [Format] button in the subsequent page number dialog box, and select "Start Page Number" in the "Page Number Arrangement" column.
