Location: 1. Hongqi furniture city

2. Haicheng Decoration Materials Market

3. Manhattan wholesale market

Through this week's visit to the decorative materials market, I have a deeper understanding of decorative materials. At the same time, I also realized that if I really want to learn interior design and design a decorative board, I need to know something about the decorative materials market and master new materials and technologies. Only by mastering emerging materials and technologies as early as possible can we design works that adapt to the trend.

Through this market survey, I think it is very important to learn the knowledge of dysprosium, and it is more important to connect the knowledge taught by teachers in class with dysprosium seen in the market. Perhaps, the modeling of a material needs drawing, repeated introduction, and finally it is not understood, and it is only when it is seen in the market that it suddenly dawns.

Through this market survey, I deeply realized that knowledge should be learned in the classroom and the other half in the market. Therefore, in the later study, while studying, we should often visit the decoration materials market to keep abreast of the new materials and innovations in the market.

We went to Hongqi Furniture City first, with four floors above ground and one underground. The ground floor mainly deals in all kinds of decorative materials, while the second, third and fourth floors mainly deal in all kinds of famous furniture, sofas, office furniture, dining tables and beds. There is also a paint board area in the yard, and there are many floors and cabinets opposite. Basically, you can buy all the decoration materials you want here, but the price and quality are relatively low and not cheap. There are also electric cookers and heaters in the kitchen, which are cheaper than ordinary appliance stores.

The next day, we went to Manhattan and Hongqi Furniture City. The furniture and decorative materials in Manhattan are very messy, and most of them are low-grade products. The variety of goods sold is dazzling. Zunhongqi Furniture City looks high-end, mainly selling some hardware accessories, floors, doors and windows, furniture and so on.

Below, I will briefly introduce the market situation of decorative materials based on what I have seen, heard and felt these days, combined with the knowledge explained by the teacher in class:

I. Coatings:

At present, the coatings used for home decoration on the market mainly include the following categories:

(1) Low-grade water-soluble coatings: Common coatings are 106 and 803.

(2) Latex paint: At present, Nippon paint is common in the market, which is divided into two types: high and low. High-end products include Sideli (Nippon Paint), imported ICI (Dulux) and imported GPM master latex paint. A suitable coating is characterized by mercerization and looks like satin. Usually you have to brush it twice. There are good times, good times, and eternal waiting. This paint can be directly primed. According to its introduction, Nippon paint has strong hiding power, soft color, easy construction and washable. When choosing paint, you can choose according to personal preference, indoor light, large area and other factors.

(3) Color spraying: It is introduced that color spraying is dispersed in water in the form of oil in water. A spray can form colorful patterns, elegant and three-dimensional. The coating has good oil and alkali resistance and can be washed.

(4) Paste interior wall paint (imitation porcelain paint): It is reported that imitation porcelain paint has the advantages of fine and smooth surface, no peculiar smell, good air permeability and low price. However, the temperature resistance and scrubbing resistance are poor.

Second, the paint:

1. Styrene paint: The paint film is plump, thick and hard, and there are varnish varieties, which are called polyester varnish. Polyester paint needs to be solidified during construction.

2. Polyurethane paint: The paint film is tough, shiny, strong in adhesion, water-resistant, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and widely used in high-grade wood furniture.

3. Latex paint: easy to construct, safe, washable and breathable.

4. Wall finish: The paint film is hard and has stronger water resistance.

5. Fire retardant coating: fire resistance.

III. Property category of the board of directors:

① Plywood: It has certain fire resistance, corrosion resistance, moth resistance, good sound insulation and hygroscopicity, and is easy to add. Suitable for all kinds of furniture, door and window covers, skirting boards, curtain boxes, partition profiles, floors and other substrates, and the surface can be coated with thin plates, fire boards, PVC veneers, inorganic coatings and so on. Common specifications: 1220mm×2440mm, thickness: 3mm, 5mm, 9mm, 12mm.

(2) Blockboard: it has high rigidity and strength, and it expands when heated and contracts when cooled. Smooth surface, stable structure and easy processing. Wood board, 9 cm board, also called large core board, are all common boards. This kind of board has multiple layers of miscellaneous wood strips in the middle and thin plates on both sides. Because these boards are bonded with glue, the quality of domestic adhesives is uneven, and the formaldehyde and benzene contents of many adhesives exceed the standard. Moreover, because of the combination of various miscellaneous trees, there are great differences between them, and the trees are deformed; High water content; High formaldehyde content; Can't use, must do post-processing. But even with such defects, whether it is doors, door covers, window covers, heating covers, lockers or simple cabinets, core boards are the most commonly used in home improvement projects. Used for furniture, door and window covers, door leaves, floors, partitions, etc. Common specifications: 1220mm×2440mm.

(3) Particleboard: It is made by crushing seed branches into particles and then bonding them with high pressure. Because its cross section is similar to honeycomb, it is called particleboard at present, and most panel furniture in the market adopts this kind of board. Its advantages are granular inside and staggered structure, so it has good nail holding power and lateral bearing capacity, and its cost is lower than that of MDF. Although the formaldehyde content is higher than that of MDF, it is much lower than that of large core board. The price is relatively cheap. However, the disadvantages of summer sleeping mat are easy to mix, the quality is very different, the summer sleeping mat is easy to distinguish, the bending and tensile properties are poor, and the summer sleeping mat is loose and easy to loosen. Good heat and sound insulation performance, balanced strength and easy processing. Used as furniture substrate, indoor sound absorption and heat insulation material. See specifications: 1220mm×2440mm thickness: 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 13mm, 16mm, 19mm, 22mm, 25mm and 30mm.

④ Fiberboard: It is uniform in structure, wear-resistant, easy to expand, contract, crack and warp, and has the characteristics of heat insulation, heat preservation, insulation and easy processing. Mainly used as the base material of other decorative materials, often used in furniture, partitions and so on. Common specifications: 1220mm×2440mm.

Medium density fiberboard: smooth surface, uniform structure, moderate density, high strength, heat insulation, sound absorption and good mechanical durability. Mainly used for basic wealth. Specification: 1220mm×2440mm.

⑤ Decorative fireproof board: it has fireproof and heat insulation effects, and is dustproof, acid and alkali resistant, collision resistant, waterproof and easy to maintain. Common specifications: 2440mm× 1270mm, 2 150mm×950mm, etc. , thickness: 1-2mm.

⑥ Wooden keel: conductive, heat-conductive, hygroscopic and firm. It is suitable for ground setting, ceiling, partition and so on. Common specifications: 20mm×30mm, 30mm×40mm, 40mm×60mm.

⑦ Solid wood floor: The regular texture is beautiful, and the high-quality solid wood floor should have natural color, clear wood and visible materials.

Composite wood floor: tough, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, impact-resistant, with strong salt resistance.

Fourth, ceramics:

1. glazed tiles: there are ceramic glazed tiles and porcelain glazed tiles, and the root glaze can be divided into bright glaze and matte glaze. External wall application is characterized by stable performance, good weather resistance, strong frost resistance and low water absorption.

The types of glazed tiles are divided into general-purpose bricks (square bricks) and special-shaped bricks (bricks) according to their shapes; According to the color of glaze layer, there are white glazed tiles and colored glazed tiles.

Colored glazed tiles can also be made into patterns of different colors. General bricks are mainly used for paving large-area walls, while auxiliary bricks are used for detailed structural treatment of corners and wall openings. Specifications are: square 100× 100×5, 200×200×5, 400×400×5, 500×500×5, 600×600×5, 250×250×8, 3650. Rectangular 250×3 16×9. Ceramic products have the characteristics of uniform texture, beautiful structure, high strength and water resistance. Ceramic tiles made of white porcelain clay or face-resistant clay are glazed and unglazed. In the market, the thickness of domestic ceramic tiles is 5 mm-6 mm, 108 mm square and 152 mm square and 152 mm× 76 mm and 152 mm× 50 mm rectangular tiles, in addition to various internal angles, external angles and pressing edges.

There are many kinds of ceramic tiles, such as glazed tiles, glazed tiles, dumb glazed tiles, glazed tiles mixed with various colors, crystalline glaze tiles, variegated glazed tiles, marble glazed tiles, white patterned tiles and colored patterned tiles.

The structure of glazed tile for interior wall consists of ceramic body and surface glaze layer. In the process of long-term contact with water in the air, the glazed tile porous fine ceramic body will absorb a lot of water and produce moisture absorption and expansion. Under the action of melting cycle, the glaze layer falls off more. Therefore, glazed tiles for interior walls are only used indoors and should not be used outdoors. Glazed tiles for interior walls are mainly used for the walls of bathrooms and kitchens, as well as the countertop decoration of kitchens and closed balconies.

2. One-piece brick is a kind of wear-resistant brick, which is widely used in decoration projects such as halls, walkways and outdoor walkways. Common specifications are 300× 300mm, 400×400mm, 500×500mm, 600×600mm and 800×800mm.

3. Polished brick: It is a kind of bright brick with polished surface. Polished tiles are hard and wear-resistant, suitable for all kinds of indoor spaces except bathroom, kitchen and indoor environment. Common specifications: 400×400mm, 500×500mm, 600×600mm, 800×800mm, 900×900mm,1000×1000 mm.

4. Vitrified brick: it is a variety of crystals such as mullite, which is sintered at high temperature. High strength, super abrasion resistance, bending resistance, strong stain resistance, good skid resistance, low water absorption, excellent chemical corrosion resistance and strong load-bearing capacity. It can be used for floor laying in homes, office buildings, restaurants, etc. It is especially suitable for floor laying in workshops, warehouses, squares, parking lots, etc. In chemical industry, food, instrument and equipment manufacturing. Specification: 400×400 mm, 500×500 mm, 600×600 mm, 800×800 mm, 900×900 mm, 1000 mm.

5. Ceramic mosaic: made of high-quality porcelain clay, which is corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, compression-resistant, water-resistant, low in water absorption, faded and easy to wash. Widely used in indoor small area walls and outdoor large and small walls and floors. Common specifications: 20×20mm, 25×25mm, 30×30mm, and the thickness is between 4.3mm. ..

Five, decorative stone:

Generally speaking, imported stone materials are mostly special-shaped processed plates, which are mostly used for luxury decoration. For ordinary families, Anxi red, sesame white and Quanzhou white, which are relatively cheap, can be used. Some medium-priced ceramic glazed tiles are still cheap. The firmness and wear resistance of stone are far superior to that of ceramic tiles, so it is cheap to choose a thin plate as the floor material.

Land and gypsum board:

Gypsum board is generally divided into paper gypsum board and decorative gypsum sound-absorbing board.

Gypsum board is mainly used for ceilings or partitions in home decoration. It is made of natural gypsum as the main raw material, mixed with fibers and additives, pressed into a core material, and bonded together with face-protecting cardboard. Protective paperboard is mainly used to improve the bending resistance and impact resistance of plates. The thickness of ordinary gypsum board is divided into 9 mm, 12 mm and 18 mm, and the edges of the board are rectangular, chamfered at 45 degrees, wedge-shaped, semicircular and circular. At present, gypsum boards with special functions such as fire prevention, moisture absorption and high hardness are sold on the market. It has the advantages of light weight, strong bending and impact resistance, good thermal insulation and seismic performance, good sound insulation wall and adjustable humidity.

Decorative gypsum sound-absorbing board is also made of self-made gypsum as the main raw material, with glass fiber or glass fiber mixed curing agent and baking agent. The surface layer has no paper surface, and the pattern is directly punched or printed to achieve sound absorption effect. Decorative gypsum sound-absorbing board is generally 600 mm× 600 mm gauge, and there are also 300 mm× 300 mm, 300 mm× 600 mm and 500 mm× 500 mm specifications. Because of its large size, difficult installation and easy deformation after a long time, decorative gypsum boards with specifications are common in the market.

Seven, doors and windows:

The doors and windows on the market mainly include wooden doors and windows, aluminum alloy doors and windows, plastic steel doors and windows, etc.

The door chimney has moderate price, poor appearance, poor sealing, flammability in case of fire, deformation and cracking. It is only suitable for low-grade and scarred places, but the maintenance cost is high and the service life is short.

Aluminum alloy doors and windows have good combustibility, but poor integrity, easy deformation, easy corrosion, poor thermal insulation, poor thermal insulation and weak thermal insulation effect. Compared with wooden doors and windows, aluminum doors and windows have the following characteristics:

1, light weight and durable. Aluminum alloy doors and windows are more corrosion-resistant than wooden doors and chimneys, and their oxide layers do not fall off or fade, so they are durable.

2. Good sealing performance. Aluminum alloy doors and windows are better in air tightness, water tightness and sound insulation than doors and windows.

3. Bright colors. After ammoniation and coloring, the frame materials of aluminum alloy doors and windows can be dyed into silvery white, bronze and deep red, and can be painted with color patterns. The alloy doors and windows made of it are beautiful in appearance, smooth in surface and bright and firm in color, which enhances the decorative effect of indoor and outdoor facades.

Plastic steel doors and windows have the properties of heat preservation, fire prevention, waterproof, anti-corrosion and sound insulation, which are incomparable to wooden windows and gold doors and windows. They are moderate in price, luxurious in appearance, diverse in styles, good in sealing, fireproof, not easy to deform, good in strength and convenient to install.

Although alloy doors and windows and plastic steel doors and windows are made of different materials, their structures and uses are similar. The types of aluminum alloy windows and plastic steel windows are mainly divided according to the opening mode, mainly including the following:

Doors: There are mainly two kinds of sliding doors and horizontal doors. Opening doors can be divided into two types: internal opening doors and external opening doors.

Windows: In addition to sliding windows (including left and right sliding windows, up and down sliding windows) and casement windows (including inner windows and outer windows), there is also a hanging window. Different opening methods have different characteristics:

① Window-pulling: The advantages are simplicity, beauty, wide window, large glass block, wide field of vision, high daylighting rate and convenient glass cleaning. The utility model has the advantages of flexible use, safety and reliability, long service life, opening in one plane, small occupied space, convenient screen window and the like. In front of the window, sliding windows are used the most. The disadvantage is that you can't open two windows at the same time, you can only open half at most, and the ventilation is poor; Sometimes the sealing is also very poor.

② casement window: Advantages: large opening area, good ventilation, good sealing, excellent sound insulation, heat preservation and impermeability. The internal opening is convenient for cleaning the chimney; Open does not occupy space when opened. The disadvantage is that the window is small and the field of vision is not wide. The outer window occupies the space outside the wall and is easy to be damaged when it is windy; However, opening windows inside takes up a part of the indoor space, and it is not square to use gauze lampshades, and it is not convenient to use screens and curtains when opening windows. If the food quality is not up to standard, it may leak rain.

Hang purlin: This is the aluminum alloy plastic-steel window that appeared later. This is a new function based on plane window. When the casement window is closed, a gap of about 1 0cm can be opened outward from the upper part of the window, that is to say, the window can be opened from the upper1o'clock position, and the opened window is suspended in the air and connected and fixed with the window frame through hinges, so it is called upper suspension type. Its advantages are: it can not only open the window, but also ensure safety. Because of the hinge, the window can only open the seam of 10 cm, which can't be reached from the outside, so it is especially suitable for use when there is no one at home. Recently, this function is limited to casement windows, and sliding windows can also be hung up.
