I worked as an English teacher in No.1 Middle School in Lucheng City, Shanxi Province, and obtained a bachelor's degree in English and a master's degree in education respectively. He is currently the teacher of the preschool education department of China Children's Center under the All-China Women's Federation and the head of the "Little Footprint" early education base. He once published the paper "Teachers' Classroom Behavior in School Fields" in the national core journal "Contemporary Educational Science" (No.3, 2008), and compiled a series of teaching materials for the New Outline of Secondary Vocational Education Reform published by Hebei University Press: English (basic part) and English workbook (basic part and vocational part). And won the honorary titles of "Excellent Staff of China Children's Center in 20 10" and "Excellent party member of All-China Women's Federation in 2009-2010". At present, he is engaged in early education research for children aged 0-3, and has participated in central government scientific research projects such as Love Education, Family Education Support System for Children Aged 0- 18, Family Education Support System for Children Aged 0-6 at Growing Bridge, and Research and Development of Language Parents Self-test and Tracking System for Children Aged 0-3.
