We need to understand

This is the mantra of adults, who always want us to understand them. When we understand them, do they understand us? Do they know what our door is saying?

Ranking is of course important, and what is more important is our acceptance. Some people may study hard because of ranking, others hate studying because of ranking, and even give up exams.

What we need is not the result, but the process. Adults only see the results without the process. We grow in the process, not in the result.

What does the ranking represent? Does it represent hard work and struggle? Does it represent progress and retrogression? Does it mean good or bad? Ranking can only represent us in the eyes of adults, not ourselves.
