Formulate various school safety management measures to make school safety management have laws to follow and rules to follow.
3. Increase investment and improve facilities. All schools are equipped with security personnel to increase investment in school security facilities. The school is equipped with video surveillance, automatic alarm and other facilities, which has built a solid line of defense for school safety work. 1, lack of understanding, weak consciousness and lax management. Some schools do not have a deep understanding of the importance of school safety work, and their safety awareness is still relatively weak. Driven by the interests of exam-oriented education and evaluation mechanism, some schools still focus on the quality of education and teaching, while paying full attention to quality, ignoring safety work. Individual leaders and some teachers are lucky and careless in the school safety work center, and are influenced by the idea that the quality of education speaks for itself. Their safety education for students is just lip service. They usually have meetings to arrange safety work, but the implementation is greatly reduced and the work is not in place. Once there is a problem, they will scramble to "mend it after it is too late".
2. The system is not perfect and the supervision is not in place. Some schools have no effective safety management system, or the system is imperfect, the management is weak, and there is a lack of supervision at ordinary times. According to some parents or students, some schools (especially junior high schools) didn't arrange teachers to be on duty at noon, or the teachers on duty neglected their duties, which led to students fighting and even off-campus teenagers fighting and making trouble at school. In addition, some city schools have a large number of students, so whenever there is an assembly or exercise, teachers are arranged to organize with the team without queuing, which poses a great safety hazard (crowded stampede accident).
