What are the effective measures to control smog?
Renovate the shelter forest and thoroughly control the smog.

Professor Wang, a statistician and mathematician, recently offered advice and suggestions to the whole country on the "smog problem"

Almost at the same time as the reform and opening up, the "Three North Shelterbelt Project" has gone through 35 years. This greening and sand prevention project is called "China Green Great Wall" and "the most ecological project". From Xinjiang in the west to Heilongjiang in the east, it passes through 559 counties in 13 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, with a total length of nearly 4,500 kilometers, which desperately surrounds or blocks eight deserts, four sandy lands and a loess plateau in China. Although the project has not been completely completed, it has achieved initial results. Sandstorms blowing from the northwest to the mainland have been basically blocked, and even tourist, summer and leisure resorts have appeared in many areas, basically achieving the original intention of wind prevention and sand control. However, a new problem has emerged, that is, over the past 30 years of reform and opening up, due to the sustained and rapid economic development, the corresponding policies and supporting measures for environmental protection have not kept up, resulting in serious damage to the natural environment and endangering people's living space. Among them, the smog problem is the top priority at present. The whole people are discussing how to solve the smog. The country is saying, environmentalists are saying, and the people are saying, but they can't come up with a practical method. Among them, experts in environmental protection and climate (academicians, researchers, doctors ...) unanimously pointed out that it took Europe, America and Japan 20-50 years to straighten out their own atmosphere. Even if China has successful experience after Europe, America and Japan, it can only be a miracle of 10 years if it is managed according to its current economic and technological strength. In their view, it is impossible for China to control smog in a decade or two. In other words, people in China can only suffer from smog for a long time? I have a good prescription for the government to use, which is different from the opinions of the above experts and scholars. That is to say, in the case of strict implementation of emission reduction, we must borrow the power of God, and it is absolutely impossible not to borrow the power of God. The smog in Beijing is almost highly related to windy weather. It is windy today, and the smog will dissipate quickly; As soon as the wind stopped, smog followed. If you don't rely on the wind, only a large-scale shutdown, shutdown and parking can disperse the smog, which has become the common sense of the people. It's a long-term shutdown, shutdown, parking ... what do ordinary people eat, drink and live in ... how do they survive? We can only work hard on the wind. Professor Wang is a scholar and practitioner with complex experience, social science and natural science. He has deep feelings for our country, and he can't ignore this situation. After carefully examining the relevant data, he confirmed that China is still a monsoon country (although atmospheric experts say that the global atmosphere is getting warmer). Winter is a cold wind from Siberia, and summer is a southeast wind from the ocean. Why are there so few cold winds in Siberia in winter? After careful inspection, it is found that the problem can only appear in this long and wide shelter forest. The Three-North Shelterbelt Project is tens of kilometers wide in narrow places and hundreds of kilometers wide in wide places. Shelterbelt trees and shrubs are mixed, shrubs and grass are mixed. Tall trees are all over 20 or 30 meters, which has a certain deceleration effect on the ground wind (the idiom "big trees attract the wind" is the truth). After the trees slowed down for dozens or even hundreds of kilometers, even the strong Siberian wind turned into a breeze, so there were few windy and dusty days in Beijing in recent years, and so did North China. Now that the method is available, Professor Wang pointed out that as long as we change the trees in the shelter forest into bushes, the strong Siberian ground wind will slow down, and the northwest wind passing through the shelter forest can reach 3-4. With the normal wind of 3-4, with the cooperation of our strict compliance with emission reduction policies, the air in Beijing and North China can be maintained at an excellent or slightly polluted level. In addition, the southeast wind in summer, due to the transformation of shelterbelts in northwest, north China and northeast China, can also pass through shelterbelts smoothly, so that the smog in Beijing, north China and northeast China can be spread to a greater extent. In other words, through the renovation of the shelter forest, the northwest wind and southeast wind will run smoothly for many years, and the serious smog in Beijing, North China and even the whole country will inevitably be substantially improved. In this way, people living in Beijing, North China and even the whole country can win a lasting living space and finally completely overcome the smog in less than 20 years. Implementation methods and instructions:

(1) Immediately start the1000km "Qiao to Irrigation" work, and increase the monthly salary of 654.38 million workers (mainly local farmers) by not less than 5,000 yuan. (2

This work proposal is led by the "Central Leading Group for Comprehensively Deepening Reform" and handled by the State Environmental Protection Bureau and the State Forestry Administration. (

3) In the process of "changing arbor irrigation to irrigation", the mixed planting area of shrub and grass should be appropriately expanded to strengthen the original sand control function. (4) On the basis of 1000 km "Qiao Irrigation" project, this project is gradually extended to 4500 km. (5) Most trees have reached the mature stage (dead stage), and replanting shrubs is a godsend now. The cost of replanting shrubs is much lower than that of trees. It is best to choose local shrubs and plants for replanting, because they have natural adaptability and low cost. (6) The transformation funds shall be paid by the state finance.
