Article 1
Middle school teachers must have solid basic theory and professional knowledge; Be competent in circulating teaching in primary school, junior high school or senior high school, master the basic skills of education and teaching, and use modern teaching methods to achieve good teaching results; Actively implementing quality education, the classes taught have formed a good class spirit and style of study, and students have developed in all aspects; Try to learn new knowledge and skills, take an active part in teaching and research activities, and have the courage to undertake open classes and certain teaching and research tasks.
Article 2 Scope of application
This qualification is applicable to those who are employed in ordinary middle schools, vocational middle schools, special education schools, adult secondary education institutions, education departments related to teaching and research departments, audio-visual education, educational equipment, basic education, off-campus education institutions and professional and technical posts in our province and have obtained corresponding teacher qualification certificates.
Article 3 Basic conditions
I. Ideological and political conditions
Abide by the laws and regulations of the state, support the leadership of the China Production Party, and implement the Party's educational policies. Correct educational thinking, good professional ethics, love and dedication, with a high sense of professionalism and responsibility. Be strict with yourself, be a model, care for students, teach and educate people, unite and cooperate, obey organizational arrangements, earnestly perform their duties, and go all out to do their jobs. Both the annual appraisal and performance appraisal have been "qualified" or above since obtaining the present position.
From the date of obtaining the present qualification, the application shall be postponed within the prescribed time limit under the following circumstances:
(1) Those who basically pass the annual assessment will be postponed 1 year.
(two) the annual assessment, teaching quality and professional ethics assessment is unqualified, or has been identified as the direct responsibility of the technical liability accident, and the declaration is postponed for 2 years.
(3) Those who resort to deceit, forge academic qualifications and qualifications, and plagiarize others' achievements will be given a warning and above, and the declaration will be postponed for three years.

Meet one of the following conditions:

After obtaining the current qualification, an exception may be made if the performance conditions and the conditions of papers and works meet the requirements of Article 7 of these conditions.
Fourth professional and technical work quality (ability, level) conditions.

Article 6 Conditions for Papers
Since obtaining this qualification, one of the following conditions has been met:
