With the full implementation of quality education, the guiding role of moral education is becoming more and more obvious. According to the characteristics of students in the new countryside, how to carry out moral education effectively is a topic that educators have been paying attention to. Now the author makes a simple analysis on the present situation and reasons of moral education in new rural schools, and puts forward some strategies.

First, the status quo of moral education in new rural schools

China is vigorously developing the construction of new countryside, the living standards of farmers have been greatly improved, and at the same time, many new rural problems have emerged. Many trendy ideas in the city flooded into the countryside, and some bad ideas occupied the minds of farmers. Because parents have a hard life, they don't want their children to repeat the road they have taken, but they want their children to live a carefree life like children in the city, so they spoil their children too much. Families with better economic conditions hardly let their children do any housework; Families with poor economic conditions are reluctant to let their children work in the fields or do housework with their children under such circumstances. In the past, there was a saying that "reading changes fate" in rural areas, but now, rural areas insist on "reading is useless" and do not attach importance to children's education. Therefore, such an environment makes some rural students greedy, selfish, willful and lazy. In rural schools, we have encountered the following situations. [Case 1] Teng Mou, a junior high school student, went out to play with toys in class. The teacher's verbal reminder was invalid, so he had to confiscate his toys temporarily. He immediately threw the book under the table, slept on the table, and didn't listen to the class all day. [Case 2] Huang, a junior high school student, has a bad influence because he has repeatedly insulted his classmates in class. When the teacher criticized him, he threw his pen and exercise book into the desk drawer, sat in his seat and stared at the teacher out of the corner of his eye, his face full of hatred. [Case 3] A fifth-grade student, Huang Heteng, had a fight in the corridor after class because of a trivial matter, and the teacher stood among them to stop the fight. Despite the teacher's presence, they rushed to each other and tore at each other as if they vowed to kill each other. In rural teaching, the author found that the above three situations are staged every week in rural primary schools. Teachers have also made efforts to guide moral education, but the effect is minimal. The teacher persuaded with reason that the students didn't buy it; Teachers use the model demonstration method, while students laugh at those who set an example, and even form gangs and alienate students with good moral character; Teachers want to educate their students at home and school, but most parents are unwilling to come to school to see their teachers because they are busy with farm work, or directly respond to teachers on the phone. Children are stubborn and they can't control them. There is even more irony: a teacher criticized a student, and the next morning, the student's father came to school and stood on the playground and cursed the school teacher. Then another teacher criticized the students, and the students responded to the teacher like this: "Don't you dare scold me! Wait till I go back and tell my dad to scold you! " As a result, the current education situation of many rural primary schools is that students can't fight, scold or manage.

Second, analyze the reasons why it is difficult for new rural schools to carry out moral education.

1. New rural ideas have contributed to new educational ideas.

Farmers today are no longer worried about food and clothing. In the process of building a new socialist countryside, some farmers contract their cultivated land to land planting professionals, while some skilled and experienced farmers develop their cultivated land and engage in agricultural construction. The quality of life of farmers has improved, and they understand education in turn: I knew nothing about reading at that time, but now I am developed and have a good life.

2. Teachers in new countryside have low social status, so it is difficult to carry out moral education.

The living standards of farmers in the new countryside have improved, and the average monthly income of most farmers exceeds the income of local rural primary school teachers. Many farmers built beautiful small buildings, bought cars at home, installed computers and pulled broadband. Therefore, in rural areas, farmers often hear such comments about teachers: What's so great about a primary school teacher? Such a small salary is less than half of my monthly fertilizer money. When teachers teach students to study hard at school, they will succeed in the future. Students can respond to the teacher with the words "What's the use of reading". I have a car at home, and your home is still an electric car. " Humble social status makes teachers' moral education speech so pale! In the past, primary school teachers had low social status, and many people thought that primary school teachers had low knowledge level; At present, the social status of primary school teachers is low, and everyone thinks it is because of low income.

Third, strengthen the strategy of moral education in rural schools

1. Molding Method-Help Students Establish Correct Values

The method of edifying education, also known as emotional edifying method, refers to the method that educators use factors such as emotion and environment purposefully and systematically to influence and infect students subtly, so that their minds are influenced by what they hear and hear, and then promote their physical and mental development. Pupils are easily influenced by the whole new countryside, new environment and new ideas, especially parents' educational attitude. Therefore, as educators, we should create a good campus environment, make good use of campus environmental resources, achieve the purpose of cultivating and infecting students' good feelings, and help students establish correct values. How to create a good campus environment? Many rural schools do not attach importance to the construction of campus spiritual culture. When students enter the campus, it is difficult to see meaningful wall paintings, beautiful flowers and cultural publicity columns except the teaching building, dormitory building, canteen, several slogans, several common trees and some lawns. We can let students draw meaningful pictures and slogans, plant different flowers in each class, or let students decorate every corner of the campus with DIY works, so as to enrich campus culture and cultivate students' emotions.

2. Sun's specialty-providing a platform for students to show.

The ideological poverty of rural students stems from the monotony of life. In rural areas, students do not enjoy all kinds of recreational facilities, and only study Chinese and mathematics monotonously at school. For many minor subjects such as art, music and science, teachers rarely teach them according to the curriculum (because of the lack of corresponding teachers), and students have no platform to display their talents and specialties. This has caused a situation: the life pursuit of rural students is no longer as simple as before, students have a wide range of interests and hobbies, and the school can't provide a good platform, and the existing conditions can't meet the spiritual needs of students, so that rural students are often in a trance and lose enthusiasm for study and life. As teachers, we need to make full use of school resources and build a platform for students to show their special skills. Teachers can start by exposing students' specialties, and set a fixed time every week and a campus billboard to let students show their specialties, thus enriching students' campus life, helping students to establish self-confidence, abandon bad behavior habits and develop good study habits.

3. Pay more-improve students' self-management ability

Why are rural students greedy now? This is because parents love their children so much that they unconditionally let their children make demands, but they don't. In school, teachers must guide students to start from the "giving" activities, so that students can experience the joy of labor in the "giving" activities every day. So, what should teachers do? First, guide students to compare what housework they did for their parents yesterday; Secondly, compare what you did for school yesterday; Third, compare what you did for the teacher yesterday; Finally, compare what you did for your good friend yesterday. Teachers should make good use of the publicity column of the school and let the special student administrators update the progress of each class every day, so as to encourage a collective progress and achieve the purpose of improving students' self-management ability. In short, the current situation of moral education in new rural schools can not be ignored. Teachers should put moral education in the first place, find out the problems existing in moral education, strive to explore effective moral education strategies, and do a good job in ideological and moral construction of rural students, so as to better complete education and teaching.
