A paper usually begins with the first chapter, that is, literature review or introduction. The previous abstracts and keywords are both necessary parts of the paper, which need to be printed and bound together with the text, but they are not part of the text. The text only begins with the introduction, including the text and conclusion, and the following references and acknowledgements cannot be regarded as the text.
