Under the condition of market economy, capital is the motive force of enterprise's emergence, survival and development, and the continuous expansion of enterprise's sustainable operation must be based on fund-raising activities, which are also an important part of enterprise's business activities. In order to solve the problem of insufficient funds, most of China's telecom enterprises use stocks to raise funds. For the monopolistic telecommunications industry, it is best to use its own intangible assets to issue corporate bonds for financing. Starting from this paradox, on the basis of comparing the two financing methods, this paper analyzes the causes of this phenomenon and its influence on the telecommunications industry. Through the analysis of the current situation of funds in China's telecom enterprises, this paper puts forward reasonable suggestions for the development of telecom enterprises.
