There is no perfect method if you use word to deal with it.

A more perfect method is to align the tab stops.

Before each dash, press the tab key to switch tab stops for alignment.

If you don't know much about tab stops, you can choose tab stops from the Format menu to see what kind of alignment there is. Remember that every time you set a tab stop, it can be reflected on the ruler. To move the cursor from the first tab stop to the second tab stop, you must press the Tab key.
