Luo Xiao, who graduated from the School of Environmental Science and Engineering of Nankai University in 2006, is currently teaching at Hebei University of Science and Technology, teaching courses such as environmental management information system, geographic information system and environmental engineering CAD, and taking part in the research work of the Strategic Environmental Assessment Research Center of Nankai University. As the deputy editor-in-chief, he participated in the compilation of many scientific and technological books such as Engineering CAD Technology and Application, Water Treatment Engineering CAD Technology Application and Example, and Environmental Engineering CAD Technology Application and Example.
