Experience in scientific research [three articles]
# Experience # Introduction Scientific research generally refers to a series of activities, such as investigation, experiment and trial production, which are conducted by using scientific research means and equipment to understand the internal essence and motion law of objective things and provide theoretical basis for creating and inventing new products and technologies. The basic task of scientific research is to explore and understand the unknown. The following are the "Three Experiences of Scientific Research" brought by KaoNet for your tasting.

Article 1 Scientific research work experience

When it comes to academic research, most of us may find it abstruse, complicated and out of reach. I thought so before I stepped into the scientific research hall. Since I entered the laboratory for more than a year, I feel that the door of the research hall has been open for us, as long as you are willing to take the courage to take the first step; It is not as puzzling as we thought, as long as you are willing to work hard for it. During this period of scientific research, I have accumulated the following experiences: failure gives real meaning to success, conformity and obedience will be obstacles to your progress, academic research is an effective way to acquire a lot of knowledge, theory and practice can complement each other, exchange and discussion can spark knowledge, objective and thorough recording of data is a necessary accomplishment for researchers, and you may get unexpected gains by repeatedly checking experimental data. Being good at expression is also part of academic research. Failure gives success real meaning. During my time in scientific research, failure has become a common occurrence, and I may often fail because of a small mistake. Failure is not terrible, what is terrible is that you have no positive attitude towards failure. Failure is not annoying. Learn from failures and sum up experience. At least you have proved that this method that led to your failure is not feasible, and you or others will take fewer detours when doing the same work in the future. Only when you fail, will you get the reason of failure by communicating with others, asking for advice and inquiring about relevant information, and then your knowledge in this field will certainly be further improved. Only the success tempered by several failures can stand the test, be valuable and be radiant. However, failure or repeating the same mistakes caused by low-level mistakes is unforgivable.

Conformity will be an obstacle to your progress. Papers and monographs are written by people, and mistakes are inevitable. In the face of literature, we should be objective, serious and cautious, not blindly follow, and refer to a large number of materials before we can make a decision on literary views. Once, I did scientific research in a certain system and suffered a loss: I did a lot of work and found that I was wrong from the beginning, which was caused by a small mistake in the literature.

Academic research is an effective way to acquire a lot of knowledge. Academic researchers are not workers, and doing academic research is not repeating the same operation to your research object. Academic research is targeted, forward-looking and innovative. This requires you to have a clear understanding of your research objects and fields. First of all, you need to collect a lot of comments and works. Secondly, you should sort out these materials to understand the basic concepts, background, research status and development trend of your research object and field at home and abroad. After such information arrangement, your knowledge in this field will certainly be broadened. Not only that, academic research may also teach you how to organize information, such as reading more concluding articles and prefaces at the beginning.

The combination of theory and practice will complement each other. What is academic research? In my opinion, academic research is just looking for universal laws on the basis of a large number of theories. Therefore, scientific research must be guided by basic theories. As an undergraduate,

If you intend to engage in academic research, you must not neglect the study of theoretical knowledge. Theory can only be applied through practice; Only after practice proves that theory is reliable and universal, and practice is the criterion for testing truth. Therefore, it is not enough to study hard and only know the exam. We should apply the theoretical knowledge we have learned to our life and academic research.

Communication and discussion can stimulate knowledge. I think there are two main ways to acquire knowledge: one is to read and sort out relevant monographs. The second is to listen to the academic reports of relevant scholars and communicate and discuss with relevant workers. The latter is much more efficient in acquiring knowledge than the former. Compared with finding the answer by yourself, it certainly takes much less time for others to directly impose their understanding and experience on you. You are equivalent to standing on other people's shoulders to see the problem. Will you see further? In addition, in the process of discussing and communicating with others, it is inevitable that several viewpoints will collide and there will be sparks. Maybe you can find one or two innovations in it!

Real, objective, detailed and easy-to-understand data recording is an essential accomplishment for researchers. Objective truth is the premise of scientific research. False experimental results, like soap bubbles in the sun, are colorful and attractive on the surface, but they can't stand the slightest scrutiny. Detailed and easy-to-understand experimental records can sometimes make you happy, because it is a proof and affirmation of your scientific research work during this period. More importantly, if you or others do the same job in the future, this is a valuable resource and supporting material if you encounter problems. In addition, if some scholars want to repeat your data or ask some questions about your scientific research results, then you may have evidence to follow.

Check the experimental data repeatedly, and you may get unexpected gains. Opportunities only favor those who are prepared! Check the experimental data repeatedly to ensure the correctness of your experimental data, and secondly, some hidden rules may be discovered by you inadvertently.

Being good at expression is also part of academic research. In academic research, besides using your brain and hands, your expressive ability is also very important. Because you may have to go through various defenses, you should always communicate with others; How do you ask to make the answer understand your question, how do you say to make the questioner understand, and so on. Maybe your good expressive ability can make your scientific research achievements by going up one flight of stairs, reduce your workload by more than half, and make others take fewer detours.

The most taboo to do scientific research is quick success and instant benefit. You can't eat hot tofu if you are impatient! Do scientific research step by step and keep your feet on the ground. Don't take it as a task, but a platform to reflect the value of your life. The more anxious and impetuous you are, the more time you may spend in the end.

The second part is the experience of scientific research.

It's been a year since the project was applied for, and it's really hard to forget the days of discussion, communication, literature search, information search and writing papers. For this scientific research, our team members are very serious, really put in a lot of efforts and sweat, tasted the ups and downs in the whole process, not only learned a lot, but also left good memories. Time flies. Looking back at this time last year, we were still in the initial stage of scientific research projects and were busy applying for scientific research projects. Now, we are already doing the final finishing work. Although this is not a great project, I still feel a little achievement, and I am very proud, because this is the result of our work in the past year. Maybe we don't have much academic attainments and innovation, but this year's research has benefited us a lot. This is a successful exercise. The combination of theory and practice not only enriches our professional knowledge, but also improves our teamwork ability.

Science and technology are the primary productive forces, and the role of scientific research in economic development can not be ignored. At the beginning, when we applied for scientific research projects, we also aimed at integrating theory with practice, hoping to explore new ways of agricultural development with our professional knowledge, scientific theory and actual investigation. In the process of doing research, we have always maintained a rigorous academic attitude, and we have conscientiously implemented every step and made a detailed summary. We know that research cannot be done overnight, and we need to study and explore in a down-to-earth manner.

Of course, there are also many problems and setbacks in the whole process. For example, on a field trip in the summer vacation, we will distribute questionnaires to collect data under the scorching sun. During the questionnaire survey, we insist on group discussion every day, sum up our daily gains and make plans for the next day. This has greatly improved our work efficiency and enabled the field research task to be completed with good quality and quantity. Sometimes, due to intensive courses and nervous study, it is necessary to arrange the time reasonably and keep the balance in all aspects. Sometimes, especially, we have to ask teachers for guidance and disrupt the plan, especially our team leader, who has made many sacrifices for this. Sometimes in the process of discussion, there will be differences of opinion. After communication and discussion, we finally reached a consistent conclusion, and we gradually learned to accept different views and seek common ground while reserving differences. Many times, we will encounter the problem of insufficient or outdated information. At this time, we should be patient and actively collect and sort out. Even if there are setbacks, you can't give up halfway. You must believe in yourself, stick to it, and then try to find the reason to solve the problem. In fact, it is not just research, but also life. We should learn how to solve contradictions and get out of the predicament. These not only let us learn how to solve problems, but also exercise our psychological quality and become our beautiful memories.

Through this scientific research project, we also have a deeper understanding of the "three rural issues". Based on the investigation results of social practice in summer vacation and the arrangement of network and books, combined with the rural reality, the implementation of various subsidy policies for benefiting farmers and the progress of various reforms, the final scientific research report is summarized. To be precise, this is the first time that we have applied theory to practice. Although there are inevitably some problems, we have also learned a lot. We constantly find problems in our work and solve them through scientific research in combination with our professional knowledge, which also improves our innovative ability and strengthens our ability to solve practical problems.

Participating in such scientific research project activities not only enriches our theoretical knowledge and exercises our scientific research ability, but also enables us to have a further understanding of scientific research work, laying a good foundation for graduation thesis design and postgraduate study in the future. At the same time, it also cultivated our rigorous academic attitude and had a far-reaching impact on us.

Article 3 Scientific research work experience

As a full-time teacher in the college, at the beginning of this semester, I was very lucky to participate in the training of improving teachers' scientific research quality and ability. The two-day study was very intensive, starting with a brief and profound opening speech by Secretary Rao last Thursday morning and ending with Dr. Xu Xiangyun's speech on basic research methods of education and teaching on Friday afternoon. During the three scientific research lectures, the speaker either introduced vivid scientific research examples, or tried to normalize abstract academic terms, and used friendly words to effectively convey relevant topics to every audience. I personally benefited a lot from this study. Specifically, there are mainly the following insights and gains:

First, about the essence of "doing scientific research"

Since I started working as a teacher, I have been exposed to the field of scientific research. I thought it was mysterious and abstract at first. Later, I got more contact with my own professional field and completed some scientific research projects. After unveiling the mystery and seeing "Fang Rong", I gradually have a relaxed attitude towards scientific research. I think scientific research is just a formality. I think scientific research is just a literal effort. The view that "a person with a good writing style will certainly do a good job in scientific research" seems to have been recognized by many people. Now, when I listen to Dr. Shan's lecture on "New institutionalism perspective of higher vocational student management system reform" as an audience, I clearly see my own shortcomings. Although I can't understand many concepts and "why" in the lecture because of professional reasons, I was deeply impressed by the rigor and seriousness of the single secretary. In many scientific research projects I have done before, although there are some so-called "thinking", "countermeasures" and "research", compared with Shan's profound knowledge, I have never seriously thought about it at all. I have to admit, many times, I am specious about many things, I don't understand at all, and sometimes I even pretend not to understand. At that moment, I finally realized clearly that the so-called word game is not only the essence of scientific research, but also runs counter to the essence of scientific research in a sense. I used to be complacent about the advantage of doing scientific research-writing skills, and the result was just a beautiful paper tiger skin. The reason why many of us can't do scientific research well is not necessarily that he has no ability to do scientific research, but that he doesn't do it at all. My "doing" here should be a real scientific research practice, a serious "doing" attitude, not a show. Because the essence of scientific research is practice first, and it is a down-to-earth "doing", and words are only a carrier of scientific research expression.

Second, the ability to "do scientific research"

The ancients said that scholars despise each other, so many people may not admit that their abilities are inferior to others, or that many people don't have the courage to examine their abilities. Dr. Yang Yanchun's lecture just provides us with an opportunity to examine our own abilities, especially our ability to "do scientific research". Dr. Yang mainly talks about the common social science research ability from three aspects: reading, research and writing. Among them, he focused on what books to read, how to read and how to read, which benefited me a lot. To tell the truth, in today's information society, I am always troubled by information. How to find the information I need from many information sources, refine and sublimate it, and finally use it for me is a major project and a long-term work. The ability to master this ability also determines the level of scientific research ability to a great extent. In addition, in the whole process, Dr. Yang often has many vivid metaphors, real cases, rigorous logical analysis and unique opinions. His rich life experience, solid academic foundation and rigorous academic attitude have also given me a brand-new understanding of the groups doing scientific research.

Third, the method of "doing scientific research"

If the essence of "doing scientific research" is rigorous practice and the ability of "doing scientific research" is reading and research, then the method of "doing scientific research" should be thinking. Because, if you just practice mechanically and express it truthfully, then the whole actual work is only in the stage of collecting information, which is an unfinished state. Whether these practices are really valuable depends on the conclusions and understanding drawn by the successors on the basis of these practical materials. Because of this, we can see "thinking" in almost all scientific reports. However, "thinking" is not enough. I think the real scientific research "thinking" should be a profound and rational "thinking" based on practice. Without practice or insufficient practical work, "thinking" is like passive water, and its value and significance will be greatly reduced or even worthless.

In a word, these two days' lectures have given me a new understanding of scientific research and a new reflection on my own shortcomings. But as Secretary Rao said in his speech at the opening ceremony, as long as we attach great importance to it and take it seriously, I believe our scientific research quality and ability will be improved, because attitude is the most important thing in all.

The above are some of my learning experiences and experiences from attending the teacher training seminar in our college. Due to my limited ability, some irregularities are inevitable. I hereby urge all leaders and colleagues to correct me. Thank you!
