[Abstract]
A new ultrasonic electroless silver plating method is proposed to prepare synthetic crystal diamond. Compared with the diamond prepared by ordinary electroless silver plating, it is whiter and brighter. At the same time, the effect of ultrasonic cavitation on the film forming process was studied. The microstructure of the coating was analyzed by XRD and observed by SEM. Practice has proved that using ultrasonic environment in the main processes of electroless plating (substrate pretreatment, sensitization and silver plating) can effectively improve product quality.
