Independent innovation and the change of learning style

Independent innovation is one of the six principles of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan determined by the Fifth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee. Independent innovation is becoming more and more important in China's socialist modernization. The extreme importance and urgency of promoting the strategy of independent innovation. Independent innovation is a strategic issue concerning the overall situation. Independent innovation can be understood as a national strategy or development path, and also as a way of scientific and technological innovation. We must fully understand the strategic significance of independent innovation. Now all walks of life in the country are in the upsurge of innovation, and we people teachers can't fall behind.

One of the key points of curriculum reform is how to promote the change of students' learning style, which is imminent! It is related to the quality of our education and the quality of campus life of teachers and students. The new learning methods that we must advocate today are autonomous learning, cooperative learning and inquiry learning. This is also the core and key link of implementing the new curriculum. The reason why special emphasis is placed on advocating autonomous learning, cooperative learning and inquiry learning is that education must focus on awakening, exploring and promoting students' potential and promoting their independent development; We must focus on the overall growth of students and promote the harmonious development of students' cognition, emotion, attitude and skills. We must pay attention to students' life world and their unique needs, and promote their personality development. We must attach importance to the formation of students' lifelong learning desire and ability and promote their sustainable development. In my interpretation framework, autonomous learning (meaningful learning) is relative to passive learning (mechanical learning, others-centered learning), which refers to students' high-quality learning under teaching conditions. Cooperative learning refers to the organizational form of learning under teaching conditions, as opposed to "individual learning" and "competitive learning". Inquiry learning (discovery learning) is relative to receiving learning.

First, autonomous learning.

According to the research results of scholars at home and abroad, autonomous learning is simply "self-directed, self-motivated and self-monitored" learning. Specifically, it has the following characteristics: learners participate in determining their meaningful learning goals, making their own learning progress, and participating in designing evaluation indicators; Learners actively develop various thinking strategies and learning strategies and learn by solving problems; Learners have emotional input in the learning process, and the learning process is supported by intrinsic motivation, so they can get positive emotional experience from learning; Learners can self-monitor their cognitive activities in the learning process and make corresponding adjustments.

Autonomous learning here refers to students' high-quality learning under teaching conditions. All learning that can effectively promote students' development must be autonomous learning. A large number of observations and studies have fully proved that students can only learn effectively if they feel that others are caring about themselves. Curious about what they are learning; Actively participate in the learning process; Get appropriate feedback after the task is completed; See the chance of success; Be interested in what you are learning and find it challenging; It feels like they're doing something meaningful. To promote students' autonomous development, it is necessary to create a situation and atmosphere for students to participate in autonomous learning as much as possible.

Second, cooperative learning.

Cooperative learning refers to students' mutual learning with clear division of responsibilities in order to accomplish the same tasks in groups or teams. It has the following elements: actively assume personal responsibility in completing the same task; Actively support and cooperate with each other, especially face-to-face interaction; It is expected that all students can communicate effectively, establish and maintain mutual trust among team members, and effectively solve conflicts within the group; Group the tasks completed by everyone; Evaluate the effectiveness of * * * activities and seek ways to improve their effectiveness.

Cooperative motivation and personal responsibility are the keys to produce good teaching results in cooperative learning. Cooperative learning transforms the competition between individuals into the competition among groups. If students are in the state of individual and competitive learning for a long time, they are likely to become indifferent, selfish, narrow-minded and withdrawn over time, and cooperative learning will not only help cultivate students' cooperative spirit, team consciousness and collective concept, but also help cultivate students' competitive consciousness and ability; Cooperative learning can also help to teach students in accordance with their aptitude, make up for the shortage that a teacher can't face many different students, and truly realize the goal of making every student develop.

In cooperative learning, due to the active participation, high-density interaction and positive self-concept, the teaching process is not only a cognitive process, but also a communication and aesthetic process. The research shows that if schools emphasize cooperation rather than competition, do not divide classes according to intelligence level, and do not take corporal punishment measures, then such schools are unlikely to bully the big with small, fight and commit crimes, and at the same time, they will not reduce their academic performance because of emphasizing competition. Facts have proved that a more effective way to improve children's academic performance is to promote their emotional and social awareness development, rather than simply focusing on learning.

Cooperative learning can help students practice their prosocial skills through cooperation. In group cooperative learning activities, students' sense of leadership, social skills and democratic values can be cultivated.

Third, inquiry learning.

The so-called inquiry learning is to select and determine the research theme from the subject field or real social life, create a situation similar to academic (or scientific) research in teaching, and acquire knowledge and skills, develop emotions and attitudes, especially explore the learning methods and learning process of developing spirit and innovation ability through students' independent and independent exploration activities such as problem discovery, experiment, operation, investigation, information collection and processing, expression and communication.

Inquiry learning is relative to accepting learning. Accepted learning is to present the learning content directly to learners, while inquiry learning is to present the learning content in the form of questions. Compared with receptive learning, inquiry learning is more problematic, practical, participatory and open. Obtaining rational and perceptual experience, constructing knowledge and mastering problem-solving methods through inquiry process are the three goals of inquiry learning. "Thoughts recorded on paper are like footprints left by someone on the beach. We may be able to see the road he walked, but if we want to know what he saw on the road, we must use our own eyes. " The words of Schopenhauer, a German philosopher, well illustrate the important value of inquiry learning. Inquiry learning also helps to develop students' excellent intellectual qualities, such as loving and cherishing learning opportunities, respecting facts, treating critical thinking objectively and prudently, understanding and accepting their own shortcomings with humility, and paying attention to good things.

Fourthly, effective teaching under the new learning mode.

All learning that can effectively promote students' development must be autonomous learning. However, not all learning fields and learning themes need to be organized in the form of cooperative learning, and not all learning fields and learning themes need to be carried out in the form of inquiry learning. In fact, accepting learning is also necessary for some learning content. In the past, due to various reasons, especially because the syllabus stipulated too many knowledge points, teachers had to adopt a simple "teach-receive" teaching method. Today, an important change from syllabus to curriculum standard is to reduce knowledge points and leave more space for teachers' teaching and students' learning. It is necessary and possible for us to emphasize more cooperative learning and inquiry learning. Real cooperative learning and inquiry learning must be autonomous learning. Only autonomous learning can help students build their own dignity and gain the motivation for sustainable development.

Based on the concept of autonomous learning, effective teaching should have the following characteristics: let students know what they have achieved through hard work and understand the significance of achieving their goals to personal growth; Design challenging teaching tasks for students to understand at a more complex level; Contact with students' real life and experience background to help students reach a more complex level of understanding; Compare with challenging goals in time, and have a clear and direct feedback to students' learning; It can make students have an overall understanding of each learning topic and form a conceptual framework for things; Be able to migrate, find and ask more complicated questions, and have the desire to explore further. In a word, effective teaching can awaken sleeping potential, activate sealed memories, open claustrophobic hearts and release imprisoned emotions. This is indispensable for students' autonomous learning, cooperative learning and inquiry learning.

This should do. I have used it before. I took part in a national composition competition, which is suitable for any subject.
