Abstract: With the wide application of business English in culture, business, tourism and other fields, more and more secondary vocational schools have set up business English as the main professional subject. How to break the old training ideas and establish a training model to adapt to the new situation in the training of business English professionals in secondary vocational schools. This paper will put forward the reform ideas of the training mode of business English major in secondary vocational schools from the aspects of training objectives, curriculum setting, teaching design and teacher team construction.
In recent years, there is a growing demand for business English professionals, prompting more and more secondary vocational schools to list business English as the main professional course. However, teachers in secondary vocational schools encounter many obstacles in business English teaching, among which the psychological obstacle of students is the first problem that teachers should solve. Secondly, the obstacle of students' understanding caused by cultural background differences is another problem that teachers should help students solve.
In order to effectively eliminate students' psychological barriers and obstacles caused by cultural differences in business English teaching, and better cultivate compound business practical talents for the society, the training of business English talents in secondary vocational schools is facing an urgent problem, that is, how to break the old training ideas and establish a training model that adapts to the new situation. Based on the teaching practice in our school, the author puts forward the reform ideas of business English talent training mode from the following aspects.
First, market demand-oriented, determine the training objectives
Business English majors will focus on cultivating moderately applied comprehensive talents in English and business for joint ventures, foreign trade institutions and foreign-funded enterprises. Graduates from secondary vocational schools should have a solid foundation of financial theory and strong practical ability, and their foreign language level should reach the level of English majors in general colleges and universities. In this way, with their own advantages and proficiency in English business operations, they will certainly be favored by employers.
According to the actual characteristics of students in our school, the author focuses on stimulating students' interest in learning and improving their sensitivity to their own learning effects. In order to achieve the teaching goal of this link, the author integrates activities such as "watching", "listening", "speaking" and "writing" in teaching, conducts targeted oral and translation training for students based on the content of the text, and uses activities such as dialogue, oral overview, retelling, improvisation and summary to improve students' listening comprehension, oral expression and writing ability and deepen their understanding of business. At the same time, the author has carried out various scene simulation teaching activities, such as guiding students to reply to English job advertisements by telephone, fax and internet. And let the students simulate the negotiation activities of a business link.
After several years of exploration and practice, as well as professional analysis in talent level evaluation, the training objectives of business English major in our school are determined as: service-oriented, employment-oriented, cultivating all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique and beauty, adapting to the needs of economic and social development in the 2/kloc-0 century, having a solid English foundation, wide knowledge and strong adaptability. Have certain innovative spirit, practical ability, sustainable development potential and comprehensive quality, be able to systematically master the basic knowledge and skills of international trade theory and practice, and be able to engage in basic work in foreign affairs, economy and trade departments.

Second, establish a practice-oriented curriculum system.
Whether the professional curriculum system and structure are reasonable is related to whether the professional training goal can be realized. We consider the following factors when making professional teaching plans and designing courses: First, the level, conditions and environment of running a school. Second, the appropriate proportion of foreign language courses and business courses. Third, the relationship between knowledge transfer and ability training. Fourthly, the relationship between students' knowledge structure and market demand.
In the process of business English teaching, we should follow the guiding ideology of "three combinations" (that is, the combination of quality education and business training, the combination of knowledge teaching and ability training, and the combination of teaching and scientific research), and investigate the overall knowledge and ability composition that business English majors need to master. Through analysis, we determined that "cultivating students' professional quality is the core and strengthening students' practical ability in business posts is the goal" and established a public survey.
In order to implement practical teaching, we have greatly increased the proportion of practical courses, so that students have enough study time for practical operation and the overall curriculum system has been optimized. Pay attention to the comprehensive construction of courses and training projects, and cultivate students' practical ability, practical ability to communicate with language and work. According to different courses, we will teach practical content in various ways, such as classroom discussion, on-site observation, case analysis, visit and inspection, simulation training and role exchange.
We also introduce the content of vocational qualification certification into practice teaching, and encourage students to take various vocational qualification certification examinations, such as business English grade certificate, customs declaration certificate, merchandiser certificate and so on. Through training and assessment, students' vocational skills have been greatly improved.
Third, optimize teaching design with the goal of improving professional ability and comprehensive quality.
We vigorously advocate and promote teachers to reform teaching methods and means and optimize teaching design. Based on the principle of "information teaching", it provides necessary conditions and quality services for the reform of teachers' teaching methods and teaching means. Strengthen the reform of teaching methods, pay attention to the application of teaching methods such as integrating theory with practice, inspiring discussion, business English case teaching, classroom emotion, situational teaching, task-driven teaching, interactive and cooperative teaching, and classroom incentive teaching; In the teaching of specialized courses, audio-visual teaching and picture display teaching are widely used to cultivate students' interest in learning, expand the knowledge capacity of the classroom, facilitate students' review and self-study after class, and improve the teaching effect. The reform of teaching methods and means is mainly reflected in the following aspects: (1) is the transformation of classroom teaching from "teacher-centered" to "student-centered". Classroom teaching should reflect interactivity, and students' mastery should be regarded as the main index to evaluate the quality of classroom teaching. (2) Pay attention to the cultivation and shaping of students by the process, and emphasize the learning quality and learning effect. (3) Vigorously promote the communicative teaching method centered on students' listening and speaking training, so that students can learn, understand and master the language in communication and practice, and use the language to communicate, communicate and work. The reform of teaching methods and means has been warmly welcomed by students and achieved good results, which effectively promoted the improvement of teaching quality and laid a solid foundation for the improvement of the training level of business English professionals.
In the teaching plan, according to the needs of students' professional ability training, a certain proportion of practical training projects are set up to form a perfect practical teaching system. It mainly includes skill training, cognitive practice, professional practice and graduation practice. According to the needs of cultivating students' professional core competence, we have also set up a comprehensive practice project of vocational qualification certification and related training content, which has been continuously improved. At the same time, it provides students with a variety of ways to carry out language intensive training and ability simulation exercises, and constantly enhances students' language communication ability.
In addition, in order to meet the higher comprehensive quality requirements of business English talents after China's entry into WTO, we should strengthen the cultivation of comprehensive quality of business English talents, including cross-cultural communication ability, ability to acquire new knowledge and information processing ability. In the teaching process, special emphasis is placed on cultivating students' cultural awareness of business English. Efforts should be made to cultivate students' business culture awareness and literacy, handle the relationship between business English language teaching and cultural knowledge teaching, and combine business culture awareness training with language learning to lay a solid foundation for cultivating students to become compound talents.
