Heilongjiang Communications Vocational and Technical College is a public higher vocational and technical college approved by the Heilongjiang provincial government and put on record by the Ministry of Education. Its predecessor was Qiqihar Railway Transportation School, which was founded in 1946. It has been running for 60 years.
