Sun Runcang's research achievements
In the 1990s, the separation and structural identification of chemical components in the cell walls of straw and wood and the research on the pulping mechanism of hydrogen peroxide were carried out. The main academic achievements and innovative work are as follows: ① A set of methods for the separation, purification and identification of chemical components in straw were put forward systematically for the first time. This method has been included in the Encyclopedia of Separation Science as a standard method. (2) A new method of two-step separation of straw lignin was proposed, which reduced the polysaccharide impurities in the separated lignin to below 65438 0.5%; ③ The chemical structure model of lignin-hemicellulose in British wheat straw was put forward for the first time; ④ Homogeneous catalytic chemical modification of wheat straw hemicellulose was put forward for the first time, which was 5- 10 times faster than the traditional heterogeneous catalytic reaction, providing a theoretical basis for the industrial production of modified hemicellulose products; ⑤ Two-step moderate alkaline hydrolysis and two-step acid hydrolysis were proposed for the first time in the world to determine esterified or etherified ferulic acid and coumaric acid in straw cell walls. ⑥ A new process for preparing new high-efficiency oil absorbent by chemically modifying straw and bagasse wood fiber at low temperature without solvent was invented. He and his collaborators have published 1 10 in international professional core journals such as Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Polymer, Carbohydrate Polymer and Holzforschung. , and they are all included in SCI and cited many times. At the same time, he was invited to participate in the compilation of eight monographs (English versions), such as Inspections and Inspection, Chemistry and Technology of Hemicellulose, and Encyclopedia of Scientific Separation in UK/KLOC-0. Apply for 4 invention patents. 1998 was awarded the Academic Achievement Award in Chemistry (CSCST 1994- 1998) jointly organized by chinese chemical society and the British Science Association. From June 5438 to October 2000 10, it was supported by the National Natural Science Foundation for Distinguished Young Scholars (project name: application research of wood waste and crop straw in industry). The project of isolation and structural identification of hydroxycinnamic acid compounds in wheat straw cell wall (National Natural Science Foundation Project) was nominated by the Ministry of Education for the first prize of national natural science (2002) and recommended as the second prize of national natural science in 2003.
