The memorial hall of Marshal Luo Ronghuan's former residence is located in Nanwan Village, Ronghuan Town, Hengdong County, Hengyang City.
It is a national AAAA-level scenic spot, one of the national 100 classic red scenic spots, a national patriotic education demonstration base and a civilized tourist scenic spot in Hunan Province. It consists of Luo Shuai's former residence, Luo Shuai bronze statue square, Luo Shuai life story exhibition hall, Luo Shuai office, bedroom restoration exhibition room and other scenic spots.
