1. Basic principle: Readers can freely obtain any materials and information in the papers published by the author at reasonable request.
2. Except in extreme cases, the author should enjoy the data set about the content of the article without restriction. If it is not provided, PLOS 1 will contact the research fund of the author's unit or source, or even cancel the publication of the article.
3. The data that must be enjoyed refers to the minimum data set that supports the conclusion of the paper.
4.PLOS 1 cannot accept that the author is unwilling to upload data because of personal interests, such as some patents or subsequent research needs.
