This school year, Chinese teaching in our town closely revolves around the work objectives of the teaching and research section at the higher level, the Municipal Education Bureau and the teaching and research section, and insists on taking the curriculum reform as the center, taking the construction of teachers as the foundation, taking the strengthening of subject research as the starting point, fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of Chinese teachers in the central school of our town, facing all students, taking the development of students as the foundation, comprehensively improving the quality of Chinese teaching, and striving to reach the advanced level of similar schools.
Second, the work objectives:
1. Organize teachers to explore and rationally use "guiding cases", so that teachers can establish a brand-new teaching and education concept and infiltrate it into normal teaching.
2. Do a good job in the study of effective strategies in classroom teaching, and form the basic framework and teaching strategies of effective teaching.
