Secondly, the workers apply lubricating oil to the groove, then install the outer ring on the inner ring, and then fill the groove with steel balls and high-strength plastic washers, so that the outer ring can rotate smoothly on the inner ring. The cab is also made of steel plate, but the glass also takes up a lot of space, because it can provide enough vision for the driver. The control device of the tower crane is installed in the cockpit because it is designed to be as comfortable as possible, because the driver may have to stay in the cockpit all day.
Thirdly, when rotating, the lubrication system can keep the gear of the piston ring lubricated, and then install the boom above the cab. Now you can go to the construction site to assemble the tower crane. After the foundation of the tower crane is determined, the installer will install the slewing device on the tower through the crane, and then install the boom on the slewing device. The tower crane lifts a section of tower, and then slowly lifts the cab until there is enough space to insert the newly lifted tower.
Fourthly, workers connect all parts of the tower with giant high-strength bolts, and then repeat this process until the tower crane reaches the required height. After the tower crane was installed, the driver climbed the ladder to the cab. When he starts to work, the driver can not only see how the boom lifts, consigns and stores goods through the computer monitor, but more importantly, it will have a dialogue with the ground to ensure the safety of the whole lifting process.
