Other indicators of the product have reached the domestic leading level, with acid content less than 0.006% and alcohol content less than 0.8%. At present, the company has established long-term and stable cooperative relations with many high-concentration formaldehyde demand enterprises in Jiangsu, and its high-concentration formaldehyde products are well received by users.
In addition, our company signed a Industry-University-Research cooperation agreement with Anhui Institute of Building Industry, and combined with the market demand, * * * developed a polyvinyl acetal resin product (PVFA special resin). PVFA special resin has excellent film transparency, elasticity, toughness, alkali resistance, oil resistance, flexibility and low-temperature impact resistance, and has strong bonding force with glass, metal, ceramics, plastics, leather and wood. Therefore, polyvinyl acetal is widely used. The special resin for PVFA developed by our company not only greatly improves the safety compared with several existing manufacturers, but also develops a new type of water-soluble PVFA resin based on solid resin, which can be completely dissolved in water or formaldehyde solution directly, and can be dissolved in water in any proportion, especially in high concentration formaldehyde. According to its good performance, PVFA special resin is mainly used for polymerization inhibition of formaldehyde. Preventing the solution polymerization of formaldehyde, especially providing good polymerization inhibition effect for high concentration formaldehyde, will certainly bring a technological change to the high-end market with high quality and high requirements and play an irreplaceable role. Therefore, water-soluble PVFA resin is also favored by neighboring manufacturers.
Up to now, the company has obtained six patent authorization certificates for high-concentration formaldehyde technology, equipment and products, and six patents are under review.
