On the evening of February 7th, my parents took me to see the Yao Temple Lantern Festival. That day, we took a taxi to Yao Temple. Along the way, we can see eight striking characters everywhere: "Yao Temple Lantern Festival, China first". When I arrived in Yao Temple, I saw bright lights, trees, fire and silver flowers, all kinds of ancient buildings, resplendent and prosperous. As people enter the lighting exhibition area, it is really crowded and bustling. All kinds of lights are brightly colored, such as giant lighting such as "Houyi Shoots the Sun", "Gong Yu Moves Mountains", "Dayu Harnesses Water", "Shenzhou IV", "Three Gorges Dam" and "Yao Shunyu" legend. Let us see things in a blur and be at a loss.

Houyi Shoots at the Sun: It depicts Houyi shooting at nine suns in the sky with an arrow in his hand and a bow full of gods. The nine suns are still moving, and the image is very realistic. How admirable that Hou Yi risked his life for a better life for the people!

"Gong Yu Moves Mountains": It depicts an old man and his descendants carrying earth and stone, determined to move the two mountains in front of the door. The mountain god was very moved when he knew it, and finally sent two Hercules to move the mountain. This lantern fully shows that people with perseverance will eventually succeed. The two lanterns "Shenzhou IV" and "Three Gorges Dam" show the vigorous development of science and technology in China and the strong determination of China people to overcome difficulties and transform and conquer nature. This light show fully demonstrated the rapid economic development and colorful cultural life of Linfen, the birthplace of the Chinese nation.

This light show will inspire us to love and study science since childhood, and use our wisdom and talent to build Yaodu District more brilliantly in the future.

On the way back, I kept thinking: how great the ancients were. They created mythical oriental culture and oriental civilization in this mysterious land. I am extremely proud to live in this land with a long history!

Ah! I love China, and I love Du Yao!
