The references cited in graduation thesis belong to the prior art in patent law. Even if you regard the technical scheme in the reference as a patent application, such a patent application will not be authorized because the reference has been published and is not novel. However, if we make great improvements on the basis of references, we can still apply for authorization for the improved technical scheme.
