Production method:
1. Wash and shred bitter gourd, red pepper and onion.
2. Mix minced garlic, soy sauce, sugar, salt, vinegar and sesame oil into juice.
3. Put the water in the pot. After the water is boiled, add a spoonful of salt, blanch the bitter gourd shreds for about 15 seconds, and take out the juice.
