Because the column "I love inventions" is a TV media, it is not feasible to conduct substantive examination on the personal data and invention ownership provided by the contestants. Therefore, the contestants should ensure that the inventions displayed by them do not have any right defects and disputes, and bear the possible legal consequences such as infringement of patent rights, reputation rights and trade secrets, and ensure that the column "I love inventions" will not be subject to any litigation and recourse.

Participants are required to provide 10 minutes of video materials, the content of which is the inventor's introduction to the function, principle, characteristics and use effect of his own invention project. Make DVD discs.

If contestants want to apply for more than one invention project, they need to fill out a separate project form for each project.

Participants must cooperate with the arrangement of the production unit, including publicity, shooting and other activities. Participants promise that their individuals, family members and friends will voluntarily participate in the recording of "I Love Invention", and no recording fee will be involved. I am responsible for any accident during the recording of the program.

Even if the contestants meet all the registration requirements, the program producer is not obliged to interview or choose them to participate in the competition; Participants will not get any monetary income by signing this letter of commitment and transferring these rights;

Two. Qualification for invention

1 The invention must be a novel, practical and creative product or method with a good market prospect.

The submitted invention must be accompanied by a complete product form and detailed description, and must be able to provide an operable or practical prototype or sample. Only the invention of conceptual design will not be adopted by the column group.

The following categories of inventions will not be accepted by the group:

Medicine, food and health care products;

Crops;

Medical devices;

Hazardous chemicals or materials;

Computer software;

Adult products;

And other inventions that may endanger public safety or cause adverse effects.

CCTV has the right to record or broadcast live the interviews, elimination matches and finals of contestants, and contestants shall not interfere with the way TV stations broadcast and use TV programs.
