Experience of health education and teaching in primary schools. Primary and secondary school students in China account for about one fifth of the national population. Second, study the teaching materials and make good preparations before class. Some teachers think that health education is a minor course, and their superiors require classes, as long as they read textbooks. In fact, health education is a new discipline, which is different from other disciplines. It has not only the general nature and characteristics of pedagogy, but also the nature and characteristics of medicine, biology, psychology, sociology and other disciplines. The textbook is short in length, short in narrative and short in class hours, but it involves many disciplines such as psychology, pedagogy, sociology, medicine, biology and aesthetics. These textbooks are strictly scientific, advanced, readable, practical and interesting. To teach this course well, teachers should first study teaching materials, find information, study teaching methods and make full preparations. 1, familiar with the arrangement system of teaching materials. The current "Health Education" textbook is compiled according to the students' physiological and psychological development process. According to the characteristics of students of different ages, the whole set of books not only ensures the systematization and hierarchy of knowledge, but also highlights the teaching contents of safety, rescue, psychology, nutrition, adolescence, prevention and treatment of common diseases, consumption health and so on with concise words and vivid pictures. When introducing new classes, you can stimulate your interest by riddles, listening to stories and watching videos. When it comes to important difficulties, we can solve them by group discussion and guessing. In the consolidation exercise, we can deepen our impression by reading children's songs and finding friends, so that students can learn in entertainment and consolidate in games. 5. Teach students in accordance with their aptitude. For junior students, they prefer thinking in images because of their lack of cultural knowledge and weak understanding ability. They like to listen to stories, look at pictures and imitate them well. Teachers should make more use of wall charts, specimens, multimedia and other visual AIDS to teach children songs, songs, games, stories and physical operations, which not only enlivens the classroom atmosphere, but also mobilizes students' brains and operations. For senior students, their cognitive ability and receptive ability are relatively strong, their thinking is also relatively active, they are relatively fresh and curious about their own knowledge, and they like to get to the bottom of it. In teaching, they can appropriately expand their knowledge according to the actual situation of students, try their best to explain the ins and outs of some knowledge and give students a relatively complete knowledge outline. Third, combine inside and outside the classroom to do a good job in school health education. School health education is not limited to health education courses, nor can teachers' work be limited to classrooms. We should also actively combine with schools to carry out various health education activities and infiltrate health education into the study and life of children and adolescents. I actively coordinate with the school and do a good job in the following aspects: 1 to improve the knowledge level of health science among children and adolescents. It is the main form of school health education to impart health science knowledge to children and adolescents through extracurricular education. Improve the attitudes of children and adolescents towards personal and public health. Prevent all kinds of psychological barriers and promote the mental health development of children and adolescents. From the school's point of view, intense study and various exams and competitions may make students fall into an unbalanced state such as nervousness and anxiety. From the social point of view, some negative influences in society, such as pornography, violence, illegal internet cafes, have caused bad stimulation to teenagers. Mental health education for primary school students is the guarantee of their normal, healthy and all-round development. I pay attention to strengthening primary school students' mental health education and consultation, preventing and eliminating the breeding of primary school students' psychological problems, keeping students positive, optimistic and healthy, and striving to improve their mental health level.
