1.2 method
1.2. 1 research tools ① general information questionnaire: designed by researchers themselves, including age, gender, professional title, education, length of service, work unit, work department, etc. ② Questionnaire for the course setting of TCM nursing direction in specialized nursing: According to the existing course setting of nursing specialty, the questionnaire was designed by literature retrieval and group discussion. The questionnaire is divided into four modules, namely public course (10), specialized basic course (9), specialized course (12) and elective course (12). The items are rated as likert5: very important (5 points), important (4 points), generally important (3 points), not too important (2 points) and unimportant (1 point). Taking the importance assignment < 3.50, the coefficient of variation > 0.2, and the full score ratio < 20% as the criteria for rejecting courses, the courses with higher weight are repeatedly selected for the course content [2].
1.2.2 The methods of collecting data include questionnaire consultation and interview.
1.2.3 statistical methods SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used to process the collected data.
Two results
2. 1 Expert's enthusiasm and authority coefficient The effective recovery rate of experts is 100%. At the same time, the experts have put forward many suggestions for revision, which fully shows that the experts are very enthusiastic about the curriculum setting of TCM nursing direction for specialty nursing. The authoritative coefficient of this group of experts is 0.72 ~ 0.85, which shows that the experts have high authority on the research content of this topic and the results of their letters and inquiries have high reliability. 2.2 The degree of concentration and coordination of expert opinions is expressed by the mean value of importance distribution and coefficient of variation. The index importance of the interview is 3.70 ~ 4.93, and the coefficient of variation is 0.0 1 ~ 0.30, respectively, indicating that expert opinions are highly concentrated.
3 discussion
3. 1 experts' evaluation of the course shows that the above-mentioned importance scores are all above 3.7 points, indicating that experts think that 4 1 courses are all important; Experts' opinions are concentrated, and the standard deviation is less than 1, which shows that there is little difference in the evaluation opinions of experts on the same course; It is generally believed that the coefficient of variation should be less than 0.2 [3]. In this interview, the coefficient of variation is less than 0.2, which shows that experts' understanding of the importance of the course fluctuates little and their cooperation is high.
3.2 Specialty Nursing Direction Characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Course
3.2. 1 The course focuses on professional core courses. From the results of expert consultation, we can see that the courses with the top ranking of importance 10 are basic nursing technology, internal medicine nursing, surgical nursing, practical skill operation, first aid nursing, nursing etiquette and interpersonal communication, freshmen's entrance education, pediatric nursing and obstetric nursing in turn. Among the pre-10 courses, there are 8 specialized courses. The core competence framework of registered nurses consists of target layer, three criteria layers and four levels. The first criterion layer includes knowledge, skills, abilities and personal characteristics [4], which shows the importance of professional knowledge and skills.
3.2.2 Pay attention to the practicality of the course. It can be seen from the experts' scores that the courses of basic nursing technology, practical skill operation, nursing etiquette and interpersonal communication rank first 10, and the scores of TCM nursing technology experts are also relatively high, indicating that nursing experts think nursing practice courses are important. The training standard of nursing students in traditional Chinese medicine is to systematically study the basic theories, basic knowledge and skills of Chinese and western medical science and nursing, and cultivate high-tech applied nursing talents who meet the needs of society, love nursing, have good professional ethics and physical and mental quality, have strong practical ability and are competent for the all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique and beauty in nursing posts. Students in the nursing direction of traditional Chinese medicine are required to master not only the practical ability and problem-solving ability of nursing specialty, but also the basic theoretical knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine and the basic operation skills of traditional Chinese medicine nursing, and have the ability of dialectical nursing.
3.2.3 Humanistic quality courses are valued. The teaching goal of nursing courses for junior college and undergraduate students is to master the knowledge of humanistic care, acquire humanistic care perception, acquire humanistic care ability, finally develop humanistic care quality and show humanistic care behavior [1]. The results of this survey show that nursing etiquette and interpersonal communication, nurses' humanistic quality, mental health education and nursing psychology are highly praised by experts, which shows that nursing experts realize the importance of humanistic quality courses. Nurse's core competence lists individual characteristics as the basis of nurse's core competence, which conforms to the role requirements and work characteristics of nurses [4]. Good personality characteristics and nurses' own views and feelings about nursing profession are conducive to improving nurses' core competence and relieving nurses' work pressure, which are the key factors to promote nurses' success [5]. Meng et al. [6] research shows that courses with a starting rate of ≥ 80% include nursing psychology, interpersonal communication, nursing etiquette, nursing management, nursing pedagogy, nursing aesthetics and so on. Li Qiuping and others [7] investigated humanities courses offered by 10 nursing colleges, and pointed out that 19 had the largest number of students and 6 had the least number, with an average of11; There are 8 compulsory courses with the largest number of students, 1 universities do not offer humanities compulsory courses; Elective courses offer the most 18 courses and the least 3 courses; Humanities and social sciences account for 24. 1% of the total class hours, with the minimum of 6.2% and the average of 13.3%, which is far from the current situation of humanities13 in foreign undergraduate education courses. There are three compulsory courses and three elective courses offered in our school, among which the humanistic quality of nurses includes some humanistic contents such as nursing ethics and nursing aesthetics, accounting for 8.7% of the total courses. Compared with humanities courses in undergraduate colleges and foreign undergraduate education, there is a certain gap. At the same time, experts suggest that two courses, Nursing Etiquette and Interpersonal Communication and Nurse Humanistic Literacy, be copied and integrated into a compulsory course, Nurse Humanistic Literacy and Communication.
3.2.4 Specialized courses set up to highlight TCM nursing courses. The survey results show that experts have higher scores on the basic introduction of traditional Chinese medicine, nursing technology of traditional Chinese medicine, clinical nursing of traditional Chinese medicine and dietary nursing of traditional Chinese medicine. Chen Lijun [8] believes that in order to better achieve the training objectives, the proportion of Chinese and Western medicine courses should be based on western medicine nursing. Highlighting the nursing characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine, it is suggested that the proportion of compulsory courses of Chinese and Western medicine in undergraduate colleges is 1: 5, and that in our school is about 1: 9. Related courses of TCM nursing are an important link to embody the characteristics of TCM nursing. Chinese medicine diet care scored the highest in the elective course, and some experts suggested that Chinese medicine diet care should be set as a compulsory course. In the process of cultivating the core competence of nurses majoring in traditional Chinese medicine, we should highlight our own characteristics. According to the survey results, it is suggested that the curriculum setting of TCM nursing direction for nursing majors should be adjusted as follows. The two courses of nursing etiquette and interpersonal communication, and nurses' humanistic quality are integrated into nurses' humanistic quality and communication, and set as compulsory courses, and the proportion of communication courses is appropriately increased, and Chinese medicine diet nursing is set as compulsory courses. Nurses are not only nurses' executors, but also coordinators, managers, educators and researchers. It is suggested to add an elective course of nursing pedagogy. It is imperative for nursing majors to offer TCM nursing education, which conforms to the characteristics of the times and meets the needs of society. In addition to the necessary knowledge, ability and accomplishment of nursing staff, they should also have knowledge and skills related to traditional Chinese medicine, such as basic theoretical knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine and operational skills with Chinese characteristics, so as to meet the employment needs of nursing talents in hospitals, communities, rehabilitation institutions, families and other fields, and to meet people's nursing in clinical, preventive health care, rehabilitation, psychology, diet and other aspects.
