Anqing Branch of China Petrochemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Anqing Branch) is located in the northwest suburb of Anqing City, Anhui Province, on the north bank of the lower reaches of the Yangtze River, with an area of 10 square kilometers. Anqing Branch, formerly known as Anhui Refinery, 1 July 19831was transferred to sinopec group, renamed sinopec group Anqing Petrochemical Complex, and later renamed sinopec group Anqing Petrochemical Complex, June 1998+0 1. On February 28th, 2000, in order to meet the needs of listing of China Petrochemical Co., Ltd., under the unified deployment of China Petrochemical Corporation, the former Anqing Petrochemical General Factory was formally reorganized into Anqing Petrochemical General Factory of China Petrochemical Corporation (surviving part) and Anqing Branch of China Petrochemical Corporation (listed part), and officially operated separately from April 1 day.
At present, the main production facilities and capacities of Anqing Branch are: atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit with annual processing capacity of 5.5 million tons/year, catalytic cracking unit with annual processing capacity of 6.5438+400,000 tons/year, catalytic cracking unit with annual processing capacity of 700,000 tons/year, delayed coking unit with annual processing capacity of 6.5438+500,000 tons/year, and catalytic cracking unit with annual processing capacity of 6.5438+600,000 tons/year. An acrylic acid plant with an annual output of 80,000 tons/year and an acrylic acid plant with an annual output of 70,000 tons/year; It has a 500,000-ton/year fertilizer loading dock, a 6,543.8+10,000-ton/year liquid hydrocarbon dock, a 654.38+ 03-kilometer special railway line and an industrial marshalling station. The main products are more than 40 kinds of high-quality products, such as fertilizer and oil products with "Shuanghuan" brand, chemical products with "Shuangling" brand and acrylic series with "Huangshan" brand. Among them, 15 products have won the title of provincial excellent and ministerial excellent, and some products are exported to the United States, Japan, France, Australia, Vietnam, South Korea and other countries. In June 2003, Shuanghuan and Huangshan were awarded the title of "China Famous Trademark" by China Enterprise Brand Promotion Committee. By the end of 2005, the total fixed assets of Anqing Branch were 7.034 billion yuan, and there were 3,857 registered employees, including nearly 700 middle and senior professionals.
At the beginning of 2002, in order to fundamentally eliminate the institutional obstacles to the development of productive forces, Anqing Branch began to make preliminary preparations for the implementation of flat management. After more than a year's efforts, in mid-April, 2003, Anqing Branch formally integrated 68 departments and 35 workshops in the original 1 1 management office and 10 production auxiliary unit. It was reorganized into 9 production and operation departments, 9 business service departments and 12 functional management departments, realizing the transformation from the three-level management mode of "branch-secondary branch-workshop" to the two-level management mode of "branch (management department)-business department and operation department". In 2005, Anqing Branch processed 4,222,600 tons of crude oil and realized sales income of 654.38+03.985 billion yuan. The output of acrylonitrile and acrylic fiber reached 85,900 tons and 78,600 tons respectively, which was the best level in history.
After more than 30 years of factory construction, especially during the Tenth Five-Year Plan period, Anqing Branch has a certain development foundation.
