Why do Mongols order three glasses of wine?
The reason why Mongols drink at three o'clock is to show respect for heaven, earth and Vulcan.

The traditional way for Mongolian to entertain guests is to sing a toast song at the banquet, sometimes by one person and sometimes in chorus, with a warm atmosphere. The host usually pours the wine into a silver bowl, a gold cup or a horn cup. The guest picked up the glass, dipped it with his ring finger, flicked it in the direction of heaven, earth and stove to show his respect for heaven, earth and Vulcan, and then drank.

Guests who refuse to drink will be considered unwilling to be honest and disrespectful to their hosts. If you really can't drink, you can also touch your lips with your glass.

Mongolian food is mainly beef, mutton and milk. Hand-roasted meat, roasted whole sheep and stone-roasted meat are all traditional ethnic foods. When entertaining guests, the host usually cuts or eats meat first, and then the guests can eat it at the invitation of the host.
