In management, due to the salary and treatment of personnel, it is difficult to recruit the lost personnel and the work execution is very poor, which is not conducive to the healthy development of the department.
3. Uncontrollable recovery of delivery boxes in Yanfeng system. Although the signing procedures of both parties have been established in container recycling, it is impossible to hold the customer responsible for the loss, and it can only play a supervisory role in the logistics links of our company and cannot fundamentally solve the problem.
4. There are deficiencies in vehicle management. Failing to supervise and implement the daily maintenance management of vehicles, there is a phenomenon that vehicle maintenance is not timely, and there is a lack of safety education for drivers, which leads to vehicle accidents.
