Requirements for publishing papers: Papers must be published in official national journals, which are legal and authoritative. Periodicals should have the serial number approved by the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television, and belong to higher-level periodicals such as core periodicals or national periodicals. Papers published in illegal journals will be considered invalid.
