The third grade is an important and special period for students' life growth. I have studied hard for nine years in the cold window, and I have witnessed the true knowledge in June. Junior high school life is coming to an end. As a class teacher, this period is both a challenge and a test. Near the senior high school entrance examination, students enter the first-level combat readiness state for preparation. Whether the class teacher can scientifically manage the later period will not only affect the effect of students' preparation for the exam, but also have many influences on schools, students, parents and even the whole society. Therefore, scientific management is an effective carrier to realize "reducing burden" and "increasing efficiency". Here, I would like to combine my own management practice and the reality of Weining No.4 Middle School to talk about my superficial understanding and experience of "being a wise and brave head teacher of the third grade graduating class" and discuss it with my colleagues. First, do not confuse the wise, pay attention to all-round development, and create a good atmosphere for reviewing and preparing for exams.
The ancients said, "Different people have different opinions, and the wise have different opinions." . The same is true of class management. The head teacher has his own style and unique skills. Especially in the critical period of the third grade, the role of the head teacher in regulating the whole class can not be underestimated. Morale can't be vented since ancient times, and people's inner spiritual strength can be transformed into external material strength to a great extent. To this end, the class teacher should make full use of time and implement the work in a planned way. We can help students analyze the advantages and disadvantages according to the situation of the senior high school entrance examination this year, the present situation of the class and the monthly examination, so that they can make full use of their strengths and avoid their weaknesses. Through various incentives, guide students to seize opportunities, cheer up and meet challenges with full enthusiasm. Of course, to carry out this work, the class teacher should pay more attention and encouragement to the poor students in the class. Many graduating classes, in the middle and late management, often have lax routine management, and some even appear "chaotic" phenomenon. And you must never specialize just because you are a fresh graduate. However, in the process of stability, new anxiety and anxiety have emerged, mainly around the contradiction of entering a higher school. The "sprint" and giving up efforts in learning make students feel contradictory. Some students also attended cram schools after studying at school, showing their "particles" in learning. At this time, the focus of the class teacher's work must be adjusted, routine management must be strengthened, and a normal and orderly learning environment must be created to escort the students' "sprint" before departure.
Third, be fearless, optimize time management and give full play to students' main role.
As the entrance examination approaches, time is becoming more and more urgent and important for students. In this regard, the head teacher must perform the function of "macro-control", effectively optimize time management and straighten out the time proportion relationship between them. First, we should correctly handle the time proportional relationship between study and life, exercise and entertainment. It is not a mistake to lead students to live, exercise and entertain. Let students know that they can't neglect exercise and entertainment because of hard work, and let them know that "fatigue war" will never improve the efficiency of review. Secondly, we should correctly handle the time proportion relationship between teachers' classroom teaching and students' independent review. Smart and experienced teachers are good at giving students the initiative and letting them check for leaks. As the entrance examination approaches, it is even more inappropriate to control death in a unified way. It is more appropriate to give students the autonomy to check and fill vacancies, promote the balance of all subjects and improve the overall score. If the classroom time is occupied by teachers, on the one hand, students are led by the nose and lose their autonomy, on the other hand, it is easy to arouse students' resentment, and the actual effect is often poor. In this regard, the class teacher should pay enough attention.
Fourth, be a teacher, adjust interpersonal relationships, and relieve psychological pressure for students.
By the third grade, students' interpersonal relationship and self-awareness have developed greatly. They attach great importance to harmony with teachers, classmates, friends and family. For teachers, they evaluate teachers more from the aspects of teaching attitude, teaching effect, teacher's personality and teacher's behavior, so as to determine their relationship with teachers. Therefore, the relationship between teachers and students has undergone subtle changes. The teachers they urgently need and demand are: (1) I hope teachers can fully understand students' feelings. (2) I hope that teachers can become friends and guides on the students' life path and discuss problems with them heart to heart. (3) I hope to get individual guidance and guidance from teachers. For classmates, they pay more attention to friendship. At this time, the circle of friends has shrunk, and the communication of general friends has also been greatly reduced. They seek like-minded people and take mutual respect and singing skills as the criteria for choosing friends. A friend is the best friend and self-aware. They love each other and help each other, even you and me. For friends and family, they hope to get more care and support from them. In view of the above situation, the class teacher at this time should give full play to various roles. The relationship between teachers, friends and relatives can reduce students' pressure and enhance their self-confidence in learning.
Class style of study is the microclimate of class collective and the atmosphere of school style of study. In a word, the work of the head teacher is a complicated artistic work, and it is an activity to shape people's hearts and carve people's feelings and character. The work of the class teacher is complicated and the task is arduous. In any case, since we have chosen, we will only pay attention to hardships, pay attention everywhere, water the hope of our future motherland with love, focus on the big picture, start from small things, and manage students with heart, and we will certainly gain a lot.
