2. Fill in the relevant contents as required by the recommendation letter. Among them, the recommendation letter for students to publish papers is reviewed by the college where the students work and stamped with the official seal of the college.

3. Submit the recommendation letter of published papers of the students audited and sealed by the college together with the recommendation letter of published papers, and affix the seal of recommendation letter of published papers after the audit.
