We can imagine that ten years ago, many teachers subscribed to paper magazines. Now, how many teachers voluntarily subscribe to magazines to read? Obviously, paper magazines are facing new development bottlenecks. Many magazines have no choice but to close down, but there are still some magazines that have a market, that is, teachers will inevitably survive if they publish papers, that is, they have to charge a certain fee to bring them to magazines. Bread? . So the starting point of these magazines is that readers don't need to subscribe at all, and they can survive only by the expenses of the publishing house.

Second, the effectiveness of publishing papers is enhanced, so that businesses can make money:

Most of the papers published by grass-roots teachers are highly utilitarian, and a large part of them either evaluate professional titles or excellent backbones. Especially in the past, professional titles were evaluated only by papers, which made the magazines of papers happy, that is, they paid whatever the teachers paid, because the papers blocked the teachers there. Moreover, the merchants use the teacher's mentality to meet a certain purpose of the teacher, and the teacher is willing to pay, which is a win-win situation for both parties. I once saw that a magazine just started publishing papers two years ago, and 500 yuan charged one page. Relatively speaking, the price is cheap. Later, due to the increase in the number of teachers who published, the price was constantly increased, and it became a page in 700 yuan. This year, it has become 1000 yuan per page, and the price has been rising. There are many more? Old brand? Magazine charges are even crazier.

Third, the number of papers published is too large, and magazines are not afraid of no market:

Many grass-roots teachers are required to have papers to evaluate their professional titles, backbone and Excellence, which is the foundation. Moreover, many teachers think that publishing a paper is much easier than other conditions, and the paper is OK as long as it is paid. However, in other aspects, how many teachers compete in an open class and how much blood and sweat are needed to improve teaching performance may not be achieved. So most teachers choose to publish papers, and it doesn't matter if they pay, but their own problems have been solved. The magazine also focuses on teachers' mentality. The number of people who need to publish is very large. Even if the price is higher, teachers will publish it.

This is why publishing a paper requires a page fee. This situation leads to many bad things. For example, most paid papers are of little value, and academic misconduct will occur. Problems that can be solved by paying fees are not big problems. Many teachers who don't have the level of papers in this field use money to write and distribute, which is very bad.
