Soviet educator Khorinmsky said: "The ivory tower composition teaching enables students to cultivate awkward sentences and phrases that are difficult to squeeze out and repeat other ideas day after day." Undeniably, accurate examination of questions, novel ideas and ingenious ideas have certainly played a certain role in achieving an excellent composition, but vivid and beautiful language can even play a icing on the cake. Just like a clever woman can't cook without rice, it is difficult to write a composition without words. The following are some simple suggestions on vocabulary accumulation and writing that I have summarized in my teaching.
Keywords: writing comprehension teaching theory
A colorful life is a treasure house of language accumulation.
1. Write down the spark of thought. Special attention should be paid to capturing fleeting thoughts and strange associations. A sudden inspiration, insight, etc. Write down those thought-provoking life pictures, tear-jerking scenes, people and things that give people a strong impression, etc.
2. Accumulate from textbooks. Chinese textbooks for primary schools are rich in content and exquisite in language, which can be used for composition. For example, in the tenth volume of the text, some reflect family life, some describe scenery, some describe characters, some describe the imaginary world, and some explain the truth of being a man. If you read these chapters carefully, you may extract the famous aphorisms and vivid and beautiful words for your composition reference.
3. Accumulate from reading. Extensive reading is also an important source of words. The contents extracted from the reading materials can be divided into: ideals and beliefs, unity and friendship, patriotism, courtesy and modesty, diligent study and so on. For example, the words used to write about teachers are: energetic, personable, pleasant, calm, with relish, hard-working, convinced, self-disciplined, dignified, persuasive and so on. When writing a smile, there are: wry smile, fake smile, smile, sinister smile, smile, smile, smile at each other and so on. There are: sobbing, whining, sobbing, tears, tears in eyes, tears, a runny nose and tears.
4. Accumulate from observation. Observation is the most important means of direct language acquisition. Writer Mao Dun said: "When we start writing, we should take a pen and a draft with us. No matter where you are, keep your ears open, be alert like a sentry, and record what you see and hear at any time. " A student wrote: I hear the wind singing, the trees cheering and the sun smiling.
5. Accumulate from news media and film and television works. Radio, TV and newspaper abstracts are the windows to understand society and life. Usually when writing a composition, you can understand the beautiful language of movable type, just like a trickle pouring into your heart and jumping out of the pen.
6. From the Internet. Nowadays, students like new things very much, especially computers. Many students are keen on surfing the Internet and playing games. Words such as QQ and e-mail are often used in compositions. As teachers, we should not only encourage students to accept new things, but also help them to distinguish which to accept and which to refuse.
7. From daily communication. Students spend the longest time in school and have the most frequent contact with classmates. Many words can come from ordinary communication. My niece is only 7 years old. She learned some words that she didn't learn in books, such as staring, killing two birds with one stone, mutually assured destruction and so on. 8. From her own experience. On Friday, the third class, the weather is very cold. I was going to have a new lesson, but when I saw that my classmates seemed uninterested, I simply took them to the playground to do activities. I asked the students to bring gymnastics mats, jumping boxes, gymnastics boards and hurdles. Draw a 100 meter runway, put four things between the runways in their respective order, and divide the class into four groups. First of all, each group chooses the most sure obstacle to try out, and increases in turn. Finally, every student tried once, and if he failed, he would come back until he passed. After returning to the classroom, I assigned a composition (titled "Difficulties"). Most of us write our true feelings with overcoming obstacles as the theme, and the language is simple and touching.
Second, the conventional method is the golden key to open the door.
1, rich in vocabulary, should be carefully scrutinized, carefully chosen words and carefully tempered when using. Never relax, don't fight, or even make a fool of yourself. For example, firmness and persistence, firmness and attitude, firmness and position, persistence and will, improvement and quality, increase and quantity. The word "most" can't be said to be "all", and the word "this can do" can't be said to be "must do".
2. Proper use of visualized words and rhetoric. The images of words are varied, including words that can arouse people's specific feelings in vision, hearing, touch, taste and smell. In this way, people can smell its color, observe its color and feel at home. Proper use of rhetorical devices such as metaphor, exaggeration, personification and parallelism makes the article vivid and beautiful.
3. For example, declarative language used to write landscapes, remember characters' narratives, reflect situations and express wishes, descriptive language used to introduce things, events, situations, processes, relationships and methods, argumentative language used to analyze events, maintain and publicize one's own views, lyrical language used to express strong love and hate, etc. Each has its own characteristics and should be used in different ways.
I believe that we have a treasure house of language accumulation and a golden key to open the door. Coupled with our self-confidence, courage and willingness to write, we will be able to write easily.
