According to the author's personal experience, I think teachers who write math papers for the first time should pay full attention to the following points in order to avoid detours as much as possible. First, learn from the results, learn from other people's research results, and absorb and digest them for our use. This is what every researcher is doing and must do. After all, a person's energy, ability and level are limited. To make up for this "congenital defect", we must learn from others. As far as junior high school mathematics teachers are concerned, the scope we are involved in should naturally be based on the information of junior high school mathematics education, teaching and scientific research, but we should also take into account the information of senior high school and primary school mathematics, as well as computer, physics, chemistry and other related disciplines. (2) Oral forms, such as various meetings, lectures, exchanges and consultations; (3) Electronic forms, such as information on the Internet, CDs, floppy disks, etc. Different forms of information have their own merits, some authoritative, some timely, some targeted, and some informative. There are four main ways to store this information: (1) card, which briefly indicates the author, subject, source, abstract, number and information. (2) Take notes, write them in a notebook, and compile a serial number directory for easy searching. The recorded content is more detailed than the card, which is suitable for more important information; (3) Copying: For particularly important and long articles, you can copy the full text, and the copies should use the same size copy paper, and the originals of different sizes should be scaled in proportion to facilitate binding, sorting and cataloging; (4) Save, that is, in view of the particularity of electronic information, copy it to the hard disk or floppy disk of the microcomputer for saving. If possible, you can also use audio recording, video recording and CD burning. Since 1996, I have copied more than 200,000 words by hand, and saved more than100,000 words, which is a valuable document for my education, scientific research and thesis writing. It provides strong theoretical support and practical guidance. Second, the materials are complete, and the accumulation of papers is only one of the manifestations of teaching and research achievements. Some people put forward the views that "the thesis is based on teaching and scientific research" and "whether the thesis is under research", which has certain truth. If you only pay attention to the results of the publication of the paper, you will get quick success and instant benefit, and the effect will definitely be bad. "Accumulation" is the foundation, which does not come from practical experience, lessons and statistics. How to find these materials? The answer is the old saying, "You can learn by paying attention everywhere". Specifically, the source of materials mainly includes the following aspects: (1) classroom teaching is the main position of teaching and research work, and it is also the most important source of materials. (5) Problem-solving analysis: Teachers should persist in solving a certain number of mathematical problems, which is one of the core tasks of mathematics, so as to activate thinking and explore the law of problem-solving and the trend of proposition; (6) Survey feedback: surveys can be conducted in various forms such as heart-to-heart talks and questionnaires, and feedback information is a rare written material; (7) Questioning the results, learning from others but not being superstitious. When reading other people's papers, we can sometimes find their shortcomings or even mistakes, so as long as the reasons are sufficient, we must dare to question them; (8) Discussion of arguments. In the process of daily discussion, it is common for people with different views to have heated arguments, which often deepens their understanding of the problem; (9) Inspiration epiphany. In fact, many self-selected materials are suddenly thought of in work, study, life and even sleep, but this inspiration is the result of in-depth thinking about the problem. Without conscious teaching and research spirit, inspiration is impossible. In recent years, I have accumulated more than 200 450,000-word materials in the form of "teaching notes" and further arranged them into words. Published more than 100 mathematical papers (or articles) 170000 words in national and provincial newspapers and periodicals. Among them, a lot of hard work has been put into the accumulation of materials for some papers, such as "Touching for Five Years", which was published in Science Examination Research (junior middle school edition)No. 10. The article "Review Essentials of Equation (Group) Senior High School Entrance Examination" published in 1 ~ 2, 2002, is based on the analysis of more than 70 senior high school entrance examination questions in 5438+0 in 2006. Third, based on practice, refining new ideas. Junior high school math teachers engaged in front-line teaching can best understand the confusion and joy in teaching and the thoughts and feelings of students. These are difficult for experts, scholars and departments specializing in education and scientific research. For this reason, most of the papers of front-line teachers come from practice, which are practical and targeted. We should fully understand these advantages and maintain development. Recently, I am in charge of the research work of the sub-project "Cultivating Students' Creative Thinking Ability" of "Innovative Education" in Hebei Province, which is also a hot topic in the current education field. I wrote my phased research results into a paper "Common Methods of Cultivating Students' Creative Thinking Ability", and participated in the paper selection of the "Tenth Annual Meeting of National Junior Middle School Mathematics Education" held in Beijing in August 2000, and won the second prize. For example, some "cold spots" in teaching are not common, but once they appear, students will be unable to intervene. Based on this, Fengjun Li and I collaborated to write a paper "How to Judge the Number of Pythagoras", which was published in. Take the research of the senior high school entrance examination questions as an example: The senior high school entrance examination in Hebei Province ended on June 22nd, and I immediately analyzed the senior high school entrance examination questions from the perspective of examining students' creative thinking ability. In July, I wrote "Paying Attention to Examining Students' Creative Thinking Ability —— Evaluation of Mathematics Test Questions for Senior High School Entrance Examination in Hebei Province in 2000" and sent it to Mathematics for Primary and Secondary Schools (Junior Middle School Teachers Edition). Generally, the compilation materials of senior high school entrance examination questions in all parts of China were published as early as June 65438+ 10. Through research, I found that the inequality application problems in the exam questions of1June, 1998 sprang up suddenly, and the low score rate of candidates in that year will surely attract the attention of teachers and students in the future. In view of this new trend, I wrote an example of inequality (group) application in senior high school entrance examination in June 165438+ 10. This article was published in Hebei Teaching and Research (No.2, 1999). Fourth, writing a paper needs a process, step by step, step by step, and it can't be done overnight. According to the general situation, remind beginners to try the following two steps first: first, practice writing study guidance articles. Over the past few years, I have published dozens of articles on learning guidance in newspapers such as Learning Newspaper, Juvenile Intelligence Development Newspaper and Junior High School Students Weekly. Although these articles are generally not called "papers", they can be written as writing exercises, teaching and a small research project. Learning guidance newspaper is aimed at the majority of students, usually with a large amount of manuscripts and fast publishing speed. Its content is focused, simple and flexible; The manuscript is required to be short and pithy, generally around 1000 words; It is required to synchronize with the teaching, and the manuscript should be sent three months ahead of the teaching progress; Writing should also analyze the trend of using manuscripts. At present, there are many manuscripts in senior grades, few in junior grades, many in comprehensive knowledge and few in single knowledge. At present, beginners can tend to write "less" drafts; After the manuscript is written, it should be revised repeatedly to ensure that it is correct, and then copied or printed. The second step is to write teaching and research papers, focusing on practical research such as problem-solving methods. Don't rush to write too theoretical a paper. We can first explore problem-solving skills, then explore thinking methods, then delve into quality and ability, then analyze proposition principles and predict trends. If you write some theoretical articles, you can find new topics to adapt to the development trend of education from teaching practice, such as the article "Talking about the Teaching of Calculator" published in Mathematics for Primary and Secondary Schools (Junior Middle School Teachers Edition) No.9, 200 1, which is an attempt in this respect. It should be pointed out that the scope of a paper is not wide, but it needs to be thoroughly analyzed and concise; The paper is not long, and everyone knows more or less, but enough is enough. In my opinion, the reading level of readers is mainly suitable for teachers to read, and the length of papers varies. As far as my published papers are concerned, it is just a thousand words, nearly seven thousand words, and generally around three thousand words; Compared with learning guidance articles, the format of these papers is much more standardized, but the requirements of synchronization with teaching are more relaxed; In order to improve the publication rate, we should carefully study the style of newspapers and periodicals, pay attention to new columns and solicitation notices, and dare to question and argue about the problems found. Fifth, we should work hard outside the text to improve our self-cultivation, which mainly refers to a person's ideological realm, personal cultivation, will and personality. It is embodied in two aspects: on the one hand, we should pay attention to morality, not too much attention to fame and fortune, and we must keep our promises, especially. If there are many manuscripts, you can also write more articles for editors to choose from; In order to avoid the loss of letters, you can send the manuscript by registered mail, sometimes by express mail, fax, email, etc. At present, many units (even some individuals) take advantage of teachers' eagerness to publish papers and collect "self-help papers" in various names, which should be treated with caution. You shouldn't write some worthless words and spend money to publish them for fame and fortune. More than one manuscript is generally caused by more than one manuscript. If the manuscript is submitted within the agreed time, however, some people send manuscripts to several newspapers at the same time, even if they know that they have been published and hired, they will vote for another newspaper. Even if you are lucky enough to be published repeatedly, it is easy for readers to see through, no matter how long the interval is. This is disrespecting editors, affecting the quality of newspapers and periodicals, hurting readers and lowering personal reputation. More seriously, plagiarism is not only shameful, but also illegal. On the other hand, persistence and perseverance. I began to accumulate materials from 1996, and constantly consciously consolidated my basic skills. It lasted for more than a year, and I didn't start contributing until 1997. Results The third paper "Ten Methods of Algebraic Evaluation" was published in the sixth issue of Science Examination Research 1997, and my joy was beyond words.
