Wu Haishan's Major Achievements
Director of Asia-Pacific Artificial Joint Society (APSA) and vice chairman of China Branch, member of International Arthroscopy/Knee Surgery and Orthopedic Sports Medicine Association (ISAKOS), member of China Orthopedic Society (CSOS) and member of international multi-center knee joint technology research group. He was also hired as a special editorial board member or special reviewer of Chinese Journal of Surgery/Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics/Chinese Journal of Trauma/Chinese Journal of PLA Medicine. In recent years, he has published more than 50 academic papers in professional journals at home and abroad, and edited and published monographs such as Artificial Knee Surgery, Knee Arthroscopy Surgery, Meniscus Surgery and Tissue Engineering Reconstruction. He has won the second prize for medical achievements of the whole army, the second prize for scientific and technological progress in Shanghai and the international SICOT prize. The main research field is the clinical and related research of joint surgery. In recent years, his research interests are clinical joint surgery, biomechanics and design of artificial knee joint, application of tissue engineering technology in joint surgery and computer-aided joint surgery.

Great achievements have been made in clinical and experimental research of joint surgery, especially in artificial joint surgery and arthroscopic surgery. In recent years, he has published more than 20 academic papers in professional journals at home and abroad, and edited and published monographs such as Arthroscopic Knee Surgery, Meniscus Surgery and Tissue Engineering Reconstruction.
