Luoyang is the most famous of the four ancient capitals in Henan. Luoyang is named because it is located on the north bank of Guluoshui. Historically, it was called: Town, Luoyi, Chengzhou, Luoyang, Du Dong, Tokyo, Shen Du, Luo Jing and Luo Jing.

Anyang, also known as Yecheng, referred to as Yin and Ye for short, is the capital of the seven regimes of Xia, Shang, Hou Zhao, Yan Qian, Eastern Wei and Northern Qi, so it is also called the Seven Dynasties. Compared with Luoyang, Anyang and Kaifeng, the color of Zhengzhou's ancient capital is not very good, although it was first built. It is said that Yu Xia established the Xia Dynasty in Yangcheng.
