Cultivating college students' team spirit can not only enrich their thoughts, but also promote the long-term orderly development of the school. 2. 1 Cultivating college students' team spirit is the need of the times. Strengthening quality education and cultivating college students' team spirit have become the consensus of contemporary educators. Society also regards "team spirit" as an important indicator of whether a person is employed or not. In modern society, the individual's strength is very small, and the possibility of solving major problems by personal ability is very small. More achievements depend on the "collective brain", and innovative talents will be reflected in the form of teams.
