During the interview, the applicant briefly introduces his business and technical work, work performance and future work plan according to the summary requirements. The purpose of the interview is to understand the applicant's clinical or technical work experience and examine his ability to analyze, synthesize, judge and solve complex and difficult technical problems in his major. According to the requirements of the above principles and the applicant's business work, the professional appraisal team puts forward targeted questions, which are answered by the applicant, or the members of the professional appraisal team prepare test questions in advance (which can be comprehensive topics or medical record analysis, etc.). ), the applicant answers the questions. According to the interview, all members of the professional appraisal team comprehensively evaluated their professional technical level and practical work ability, and gave a score.

Applicants submit papers that best reflect their academic and technical level and achievements since taking office (limited to the first author). The submitted papers are reviewed by the professional review team, focusing on the purpose, methods, achievements and application value of the research, and then all members of the professional review team score according to the advanced, scientific and practical nature of the papers.

The time limit is about 3 minutes. Then the members of the professional evaluation team put forward questions in a targeted manner and the applicants answered them one by one. According to the defense situation and the advanced, scientific and practical nature of the paper, all members of the professional appraisal group will score.

The professional evaluation team consists of 5 ~ 7 senior and deputy personnel with high technical level, certain authority, decent style and fair handling, with a team leader 1 person. Both business interview and thesis appraisal (defense) adopt anonymous scoring method. The percentage system is adopted for business interview and the 15 scoring system is adopted for thesis appraisal (defense). The grading criteria of the paper are as follows: 13.5 ~ 15 is excellent, 12 ~ 13.4 is good, 9 ~1.9 is passed, and below 8.9 is failed, with an average score.
