Determine a paper as the main paper, the main paper must be written independently, and the number of words in the main paper is not less than 3000 words.

At the same time, the following requirements should be paid attention to when submitting the thesis: the dissertation shall not be submitted as a title evaluation paper; When submitting a paper published in a foreign language, it must also provide a Chinese translation, and the Chinese content shall prevail when reviewing it; The papers submitted should be completely consistent with the written materials submitted. Failing to upload papers as required, the material acceptance point will not be accepted.

To submit a publicly published paper, the applicant shall provide the official publication before the deadline for material declaration. Paper, newspaper and electronic version of the employment permit shall not be used as the basis for declaration. If the official publication cannot be provided before the deadline for the application of materials, the material acceptance point will not accept it.

The High Committee will check the coincidence degree of the main papers submitted by the applicants, and if there is academic fraud, it will implement a "one-vote veto".

Second, judging senior engineers, publishing papers is only a part, in addition to major research achievements, major work achievements, invention patents, monographs, etc. In fact, different units in different provinces have different requirements for publishing papers. Some are second-level provincial periodicals, and some are national or core periodicals.
