Second, counselors in the employment guidance problems

(A) uneven level

Counselors are mostly recent college graduates. Apart from their own professional courses, their employment guidance theories are uneven. Most college counselors play the dual roles of ideological and political work counselors and employment guidance counselors. In the assessment of counselors, the school pays more attention to the quantitative assessment of counselors, ignoring the requirements of confrontation. As a result, the actual employment situation of students has little to do with the performance appraisal of counselors, which affects the enthusiasm of counselors for employment guidance. Therefore, the school should establish an effective management and supervision mechanism, so that counselors can take student employment guidance as a major focus.

Third, ways to strengthen counselors' employment guidance for college students

(A) the combination of employment guidance and ideological education of students.
