1000 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese and western medicine

Medicine has a certain understanding of the incidence, pathogenesis and treatment of tuberculosis. According to the experience of Chinese medicine in treating pulmonary tuberculosis, 23 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis were treated by clearing away lung heat and strengthening body resistance, and the effect was good. However, the focus and severity of these cases vary from old to new. Some cases are also treated with western medicine. In order to further observe the curative effect, in addition to the combination of bacteriostatic test and animal experimental tuberculosis research, the retreatment cases of cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis with positive sputum bacteria and drug resistance after long-term application of western medicine were selected and treated with simple Chinese medicine.

The results showed that (1)34 patients with sputum positive and drug-resistant cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis were mainly treated with clearing lung, purging fire, dispelling bitter cold and eliminating pathogenic factors, supplemented by removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals, properly strengthening body resistance and symptomatic treatment after long-term use of anti-tuberculosis drugs. After 1~3 courses of treatment, sputum bacteria turned negative 16 cases (47%). Chest tightness is the best way to improve clinical symptoms. ⑵ The bacteriostasis test of Fei 1 mixture in vitro and the observation of the curative effect of experimental tuberculosis in guinea pigs show that the mixture has moderate bacteriostatic and therapeutic effects. ⑶ Briefly describe the development of medical knowledge about the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis and the therapeutic principles of eliminating pathogenic factors and strengthening the body resistance. In the evaluation of curative effect, the importance of negative conversion of sputum bacteria was emphasized.
