Teachers should love students from the bottom of their hearts, try to find their advantages in many aspects and appreciate their progress. 3. Change the teaching concept.
You can't teach for the sake of teaching. Mr. Ye Shengtao said: Teaching is to achieve the ultimate goal, not to teach. It is necessary to establish the viewpoint of lifelong learning and implement the ideas and methods learned in education and teaching in time. Nowadays, with the rapid development of society and science and technology, the times put forward very high requirements for teachers. Teachers have to learn more and more diverse things, involving multidisciplinary knowledge. Only by continuous learning can they be competent for teaching in the new period. At work, we should help students to determine appropriate learning goals, guide them to form good study habits, master learning strategies and development ability, create rich teaching situations, stimulate students' learning motivation and interest, fully mobilize students' enthusiasm, provide students with various conveniences, serve students, establish a democratic and tolerant classroom atmosphere, and share their emotional experience and the joy of success with students. The inquiry activities arranged in junior high school mathematics textbooks acquire scientific knowledge in a way similar to that of scientists' inquiry activities, and learn scientific thinking methods in the process, so that students can actively acquire mathematical scientific knowledge and understand scientific inquiry methods. Teachers should take the lead in teaching, create conditions for students to do every inquiry activity well, be the organizer of students, bend over to participate in students' research equally, give students the opportunity to explore and let students fully display themselves. I was lucky enough to attend the training this holiday. During the training, I actively studied, listened to experts' lectures, attentively understood their views and absorbed the essence. During the training, I benefited a lot from listening to Fang Yuanshan's wonderful report.
The topic of Fang Yuanshan's lecture is "How Teachers Become Teaching Backbone". As a backbone teacher, we should concentrate on practice, persevere and have a solid style. Treat learning with a conscious spirit and don't be eager for quick success and instant benefit. We should think about problems with a pragmatic attitude and strive to be eclectic and learn from others; We should boldly innovate with a unique vision, and be eclectic and ingenious; We should constantly improve our diverse and reasonable knowledge structure, maintain our extremely healthy psychological quality, and gradually form a comprehensive quality of skillfully borrowing external forces, so that our work, life and study are always in a state of research, and life is in the process of continuous exploration and pursuit.

Compared with the professor's report, I feel that my educational thought has changed fundamentally.
